This was my first time ordering with them and the initial experience was not pleasant. We awaited almost two hours for our food delivery. Called the restaurant 45 minutes after the order placement to get the status and was told that the driver already left. 40 minutes later the food finally arrived.....cold. The only reason I gave them two stars was that at least the food was tasty. But if you are not picking it up yourself...look elsewhere for your hot food.

We stopped in Sunday before a concert at Coney Island. The slices (two plain, one pepperoni) were perfect. The kids working there were friendly, too, offering advice on where to park, and giving us the report on the band and crowds from the previous night. I just ordered lobster ravioli with vodka sauce. And I received lobster ravioli with regular sauce. I again to address the error and I was told that I must explain when ordering lobster ravioli with vodka sauce?! I think the change in staff is hurting the business. Very disappointed..

Terrible garlic knots... they were burned and they tasted as if you are eating sand in the sea... Pizza was very average and the best part of the meal was the sprite that we used to washed it down with... oh and also they delivery guy wasnt friendly at all... I did tip him though!

This is the absolute nastiest pizza ever! The garlic knots taste like cardboard! Wouldnt eat if it was free. The customer service sucks
