This is by far the worst pizza hut ever.. Snoody, incompetent management, piss poor customer service.. Ordered our food bread sticks were supposed to be a double order go there it was a single order. Waited for the others and when we got home set down to eat the bread sticks were horrible taste like cardboard. Our pepperoni pizza was burnt on bottom. Food was not edible.. They offered a store credit no thank you!!! Who would wanna go back after that? And to credit it back to card they said 7-10 business days but couldnt give cash back instead smh which is a lie places do it all the time actually have had a pizza hut do it that over charged me before. Pizza hut is going down hill fast.. Pizza hut used to have the best pizza in town but now youre better off making a Tombstones at home then going to Pizza hut.. Want great quality Pizza go to Marcos on Salem hwy.. We told them about our crappy experience and they took care of us they have the best pizza and service.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I absolutly would! I ordered the big box with 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and wings and a brownie desert. I set it for pick up, and it was supposed to be ready in 20 mins. I get to the store and the kid said "oh, my manager wanted me to ask you if pasta was ok instead of wings." He said something about how the wing oven just started working or something. He said if we wanted wings it would be 30 mins. I said give me the pasta then. He then had to find someone to change the order that wasnt the manager and the lady was rude. Then the kid told me it would be 25 mins for the pasta! What?!?! No one could have called to tell me?The manager couldnt come talk to me in person? I couldnt get an appology from ANYONE?! A terrible location. Terrible parking. Terrible service. Beware!!!

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a while, the food is okay and they are usually on time. The previous time I ordered, the receipt I signed actually had hand written that tips are not included in total. Today I ordered and the driver actually asked me why I do not tip and says the Manager wants to know. Why is it their business why I do or do not. Since most drivers make $10-$12 an hour why should I tip. I already pay more than what the food is worth, I pay for a delivery charge and I some how get taxed on that delivery charge as well. I pay for the food, you charge me $2.99 plus tax to bring it out, why then should I pay for a tip...why must I have to pay for your employees wages. Isnt that your job?

Seriously the worst pizza ever. Ordered it at 11:07, said it would be here in 30 minutes, it didnt get here until 12:10, when it got here it was cold, not room temperature, or slightly warm, it was COLD. Then on top of that it was totally dried out like it was out all night or something. Then I called to complain, and they didnt even seem to care. I didnt call to get free stuff, I called so they would know that their pizza was bad and whoever was making it and delivering it would know, and they just gave us a credit to use next time we wanted pizza.. Probably wont ever us that credit, but whatever. The pizza sucked and we will not be going back there..

The food quality is a joke. So frustrated to get the pizza home and have it be soggy and inedible. We love Pizza Hut, but most likely wont eat from this location again. When we tried to call back to express our frustrations, we got rerouted to a call center where one of their employees said I had to talk to the actual store for a refund and they probably just didnt want to answer at the phone there. Paints a great picture of the store and the company.

I like Pizza Hut pizza and wondered why I rarely ever go there... then I go in today and the person at the register was a complete jerk. I didnt hear the price of the pizza and asked him how much it was again and the look he gave me was ridiculous, sorry not everyone in the world has perfect hearing. Will gladly take my business to a different pizza place and never go back.

Why, if I walk in there to pick up boneless hot wings and ask for extra sauce, would the response be anything other than "no problem sir, I will take care of that right away"? Not a stupid look. Not an explanation that there really is enough sauce on them. Just give me the extra hot sauce. What has happened to customer service these days?

Fifteen minute wait for a carry out took thirty minutes. Fifteen minutes to drive there then another fifteen minute wait. They were a little busy and the pizza was good though. Nothing to ger angry over. Just sometimes expect longer times than they say. I will be back.

3 times we order, 3 times the pizza is not ready and makes us wait for 30 mins after we arrived at the store. Never have this problem with any other Pizza Hut. Will not use them again. It will take less time to go to any of their competitors.

Good service, delicious pizza. Was assisted by a very friendly cashier who was polite and attentive. The pizza was covered with ample toppings including cheese (which pizza hut is bad about)... Will go back to this location again.
