Customer service was average but the mens restroom was atrocious. There was no toilet seat covers even a place to hold them. The sink faucet was dingy. Their only method of drying hands is with a blow-dryer. You cannot properly wash your hands without a paper towel to turn off the faucet with or open the door with. The employee should not be preparing food if they cant wash their hands properly?

Asked to replace Spanish peanuts on the Peanut Buster Parfait with Pecans and they charged me extra for the exchange, the money wasnt the issue its the fact that no other DQ charges for that! I mentioned this to another DQ and they said that corporate does not let them charge for an exchange but they can charge for an extra. This DQ has bad management

This place is horrible. Their food is poor and the only thing I like are their blizzards, but not at this location. Everytime I get a Blizzard here it is melting soft serve with barely any candy added. Other locations make Blizzards the way they should be, where they can hand it to you upside down and it wont drop out, unlike this place. Worst DQ ever

Always great customer service and of course the best soft serve! Mt favorite is the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard with Strawberry. On Tuesdays they have 50% off all in Stock cakes. After 8pm they have $2.10 a peanut butter parfait (thats 50% off). Weekdays From 2 to 5pm is theit happy hour; $1 iced coffee, $2 ultimates frappe and $2 smoothies.

OK, but only flavored ice tea (I drink unsweetened regular tea). NO ice in the soda machine. Fries were luke-warm. Burger tasted like it was about 75% meat, 25% FAT. Side salad was good. Wife enjoyed her chicken strips. Same with fries as for me. My daughter to be OK with her cheeseburger & Blizzard. Not likely I will the to that one again.

Service is ok. Ice cream is horrible, doesnt taste like any other dq. It tastes icey like they water down the mix or something as other dqs soft serve is creamy. They hardly put any toppings in their blizzards. My suggestion, go to a different location.

Went over here to grab blizzards for the family and at 8:50pm the place was closed. Sign said lobby open until 9pm but there wasnt even anyone running drive thru. Not even a sign on the door saying why they closed early. Very unimpressed!
