Ill start this review with a confession. I LOVE TACO BELL. Its a problem sometimes. This location is a pretty good Taco Bell. Been there many times, but only for drive through. Order is correct almost all the time. They are accommodating of requests (I usually ask for "as much HOT and FIRE sauce as youll give me," and some employees have not disappointed.) Its easy to get to, although if youre coming from the north, I havent figured out a way to be able to U-turn at the light, but instead have to just turn left and sneak through the gas station parking lot. No big deal.

I mean really, what can a person expect from a taco bell? Myself I dont have high standards for taco bell but, when I order a double anything it should have "DOUBLE" I got a half ass double chalupa that had barely a single serving of beef let alone a "double". This is what I got, it looks NOTHING like the menu or their damn ads. The customer service was most dreadful as well. This taco bell should be closed & the building torn down so they can never plague the neighborhood with this pathetic excuse for food again. If I could give a lesser grade I would!

Note: I am rating this Taco Bell relative to other Taco Bells This Taco Bells food quality is a step above other Taco Bells Ive been to recently, it always tastes freshly made and has never been cold. Furthermore, I have never waited more than 5min when they are super busy and never more than 2min when they are not busy. Additionally, the Taco Bell is fairly clean and the staff is quote friendly and accommodating. Overall, more Taco Bells need to operate like this one.

Out here on business. Need something quick, didnt expect much. Little did I know this particular taco bell housed probably the best workers i have run into in a taco bell drive through. Very friendly, took care to make my order perfect. Probably the only taco bell i have been to where my order looked like picture.They even did free tacos for the game today. Something I have never heard of a taco bell doing before.

On several occasions, Ive been given a wrong order or an incorrect order. Center of the burritos have been cold for whatever reason. But I always cut them some slack because its fast food, I mean, not expecting much. Final straw and the reason Ill never return (and wouldnt recommend you even bother): there was a long hair in the middle of my burrito!! Ew. Its gross, bad service, and theyre not very careful.

Yes, everyone knows this is not "authentic" Mexican food. But for what it is, its great. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Food is hot and fresh. Dining room is clean, music is at the perfect volume, and the inside temp is great. Easy location to pull into (right on the corner at a traffic light)

I made my order an they didnt get it right an I try to call them 4 time an no one pick up the phone. An the black girl in there that was helping fix my food I saw her whipped her noise on her coat arm an then go back to work with out washing her hands. To me thats mass up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lingual accents may be hard for some, but the staff is courteous and quick, nonetheless. Probably one of the only taco bells where my food was so warm when it was served I had to wait for it to cool. Which is a preference for me. It is the older style decor inside as well.

There was hardly anyone there, I did a mobile order and it took forever to get my food. Icing on the cake: my quesadilla wasnt warmed up. The cheese was still in shred form, not melted.

Restaurant was unkempt and a little dirty, service was mediocre and slow. 5 stars for Taco Bell tacos. 1 star for restaurant and service quality. Averages out to 3 stars overall.

Great consistency for a Taco Bell. The workers are generally friendly. I normally have a good experience and they are not too upset with the large office orders we make.

God I wish I Taco Bell wasnt this good. I love the spicy potato soft taco; sans any meat. Often supplement with a standard bean burrito. Place is quick and fresh.
