This place is fairly cheap and the burgers arent bad. That is why it gets four stars. If you are looking for a high quality experience this is not the place for you. If you want a good burger and fries at a reasonable price definitely check this place out. Came here about 10 PM on a Tuesday and there was a steady stream of customers. There is also a sitting area that is closed off from the elements so you dont have to eat outside.

Quick service, decent prices, great food, open late. Ive been looking for a place like this for a long time, and Im so glad that I found it. Definitely a modern day watering hole kind of place, with lots of people going late at night after partying, but Ive never seen anyone get too rowdy. Everyone is too busy stuffing their faces with amazing burgers and fries.

Awesome cheap easy burgers and fries!! If you want high end food this isnt your place but the burgers are delicious and satisfying, service was super friendly and fast, prices are very reasonable. They do a bunch of other options, hot dogs, nuggets, chili fries, fish and chips, milkshakes, floats, sodas etc etc and also have a vegetarian burger option.

have been coming here all my life. the ownership has changed, but quality has stayed consistent. my grandparents come here once a week. yes, its that good. this is no joke. sit on the patio, order an old-fashioned cheeseburger, fries, and a regular coke, it will change your life.

The food was delicious and filling. I got a burger and fries, which were both way bigger than I was expecting. My only complaint is that the service is a little slow, but you get a lot of bang for your buck here. Youre guaranteed not to walk away with an empty stomach.

Try the outdoor tables -- caveat: the fries are not as good as they once were but all in all its the classic 50s burger experience. Whenever I want to treat myself I head to the Smokehouse. Try it, you wont regret it.

Skinniest hamburgers. Their double meat is less than McDs dollar burger patties. It is way more expensive considering the amount of food you get. Go to Bongo Burger about 8 to 10 blocks up on Telegraph to get real meal.

No organic, grass-fed, small batch nonsense here. Get the double cheeseburger deluxe with fries (huuge btw) for under $10 bucks. Enjoy your meal outside on a beautiful Spring day and all is good in the world.

Classic burger stand, open late (til just past 1 every night except Sunday). Friendly people. Call ahead so you dont have to wait as long there. Cheese fries are excellent.
