I work nearby this Burger King location, and I frequently visit on my lunch break. Things had better change or I will probably become upset with all BK facilities. All of the staff except maybe one or two people are lacking in basic customer service, and no one there seems to know what a smile is. The only person I have had a very nice experience with is a young man named Ryan, who always greets me with a smile, helps to expidite orders, and always asks me how the food was. Every employee there should take advice from Ryan. Yesterday I asked for 30 chicken nuggets about 40 minutes from their closing time and the lady at the drive through said "its too late in the night for 30, but I could do 20". After about 4 minutes of waiting, two more cars pulled up behind me, and I thought to myself "What if those cars ordered nuggets?", and I realized that what the lady at the window had offered was simply unacceptable! Previously, on monday, I went into the BK and ordered 20 nuggets, and the lady asked me if I would be ok with 2 honey mustard instead of 4. I waited 15 minutes and there was only one other customer in the store. I did notice that a younger man with a striped jacket (which covered his name tag if I remember correctly) COULD have helped out, but instead was preparing his own meal for his break behind the counters -and very slowly at that.

I arrived on an unusually busy Wednesday afternoon and the restaurant was clearly understaffed with only a single employee taking and delivering orders. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and my order was ready in no time. Everything was hot, fresh and correctly prepared. The bathroom was practically flooded, but there wasnt a single dirty table in the dining or kids areas, and I regularly saw staff cleaning tables and floors despite the busyness that day. There were no easily accessible outlets for charging devices.

Great food, cool spot, pretty quick service! I got the break room fries and the mint lemonade. I downed all of the lemonade before I got the fries, it was SO GOOD. The fries were great. Heads up for the weak stomached that theyre a little spicy, but I liked that. Fries got a little soggy because theyre so loaded but thats to be expected. Definitely get a fork. There arent a ton of tables but it has cool decorations so theres interesting stuff to check out while standing!

The woman at the drive thru seemed very busy. But she didnt let that get in the way of providing quality service. She was very collected and professional in the way she responded to the two customers she was helping. She got our order right the first time and offered us sauces (usually cost extra). The food wasnt soaked in grease like some other reviews said. This is going to be my regular Burger King from now on.

This place has to have been the worst experience I have ever had with fast food. Spent 20 minutes or more between the drive thru and inside with no one even acknowledging my presence. And when I try to call the store to complain, suprise suprise the phone is off the hook. Never Never Never go to this location. Customer Service is something that this location does not have even the slightest clue about.

I want the district managers number! The woman who worked the drivr thru window was VERY rude prior to pulling up to the window. There was no one else there while she complimed about their timing. Her service sucked. I will be calling the DM. Ive worked with FF & you should never treat customers so rudly. Period. We were kind regardless. Ill never come here again just for this poor service.

They were gonna give me a chicken burger instead of what i order,, the msnsger noticed it cuz she asked me if thats what i order, at the end couple seconds later i still got the chicken burger instead of my original order.. and since i had to go back to work i just ate it,, but terrible experience when i paid a lot for what i original ordered.

I refuse to go here. They act like the customers are an inconvenience. Absolutely No urgency. When they mess up (which is 90% of the time) they dont apoligize and blame you for the mistake. The food is is worthless even for fastfood. Soggy, sloppy, cold. Dirty lobby. Dont waste your $ or time here.

This is our go to place. The food is great and the staff is amazing. Couple of the guys know me so well, they know what I order regularly too. Plus for any veggie eaters, Burger King has a veggie burger which is not available in any other named outlets for Burgers. So go grab it.

Staff is undertrained and do not know the menu. Offered BBQ sauce for the fish sandwich and seemed confused why anyone would want tartar sauce for fish. I didnt expect the order to be correct and was not disappointed. Entertaining at least.

Very friendly, I go here because theres this cute girl who works there that I hope one day to have courage to talk to her plus the food is cheap, good, theyre friendly, and one of the few places still around with a dollar menu.

Not very sanitary, the place is very filthy every time I have been here and the overall hygiene of the place feels hazardous in general from the lack of cleanliness. Workers are also unmotivated and are seen constantly arguing.

Their quality of food is substandard to other facilities I have been too. I received my meal soaking in grease, the bun was so soggy that I couldnt get down half of it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Double bacon cheeseburger was a joke (check photo). Toilet paper all over bathroom floor. All tables empty in playroom but all filthy. fries and hamburger patties on the floor.

My kids like Burger King and they have playgrounds for adults they just get board just watching kids and that is it no fun for adults kids are luck which I was but now Im 40
