Well I can in cashier was nice but when I got my coffee I ordered a toasted bagel no one had a clue that I did then when I asked about it I was told I just got here and she glad me a look that its not my fault Then she gave me my bagel in a bag which I told her I wanted it on a plate that seem to not go well with her so she went and got a plate and put the bag on the plate. Never said thank you I felt wow did I do something wrong. The lady as well as the coffee section she step all over me to change coffee never once said excuse me. I was really surprise at the service because of the area. ☕

I love Panera and the food there, but the last time I visited this particular one the employees seemed more lazy. I had to ask someone to help me after standing there waiting for a few minutes when they clearly saw me. After I ordered another employee acted very unprofessional when preparing my bagels to go and it was just not my usual Panera experience. Maybe the employees were new due to the holidays. Still, they just seemed unprofessional.

Let down. Im not from around here and I really like panera bread, so I stopped in for a light early dinner. The baguette was stale and they would only give me a childs cup for water. I cant connect to the wifi at all. The neighbor stores have better signal strength. And I can only get 3G in here. The salad is good but the avacado is missing from my sandwich.

Hit and miss with order accuracy and food quality. This place is busy at odd times. Just make sure to check your order when you order Rapid Pick Up. If I mentioned that the order was wrong or missing something, there is always a discussion of what is missing, why, etc. Im not sure if this is a management thing or the staff doesnt know the menu.

The food is good but the service at this particular Panera is much less than desirable. I frequent this Panera atleast once a week and multiple times have had my order completely screwed up or just experience the rudest behavior from the "workers" tasked with preparing the food. Ill simply find another Panera for my sandwich needs.

Saturday 9/10, my boyfriend went in to get a roast beef sandwich, he just got back today from the ER caused by food poisoning, this was the only thing he ate before he got sick and has not been able to eat since he got sick! I do not recommend eating at this place. We will nevereat here again!

Management is great but rest of the staff is almost always consistently rude. Cashiers are constantly rolling their eyes whenever you place your order, oftentimes getting it wrong, and the BOH staff are rude when you ask them to correct the mistakes that the cashiers made with the orders.

I stopped here one day (due to bad traffic on 295) to study. Its a typical Panera, service was prompt, and contrary to previous reviews they actually have plenty of outlets built into the booths that can be used for laptops, or days when your phone is dead :)

WHAT A SHAME, I USED TO REMARK HOW EFFICIENT AND GOOD SERVICE WAS. SECOND AND LAST TIME SCREWED ON LUNCH. SANDWICH HARD AS A ROCK AND THE SOUP BOWL I ORDERED HAD NO SOUP IN IT. IT WASNT EVEN BUSY IN THERE.MAYBE BETTER IF YOU EAT THERE SO YOU CAN CATCH THEM.

The service here is constently fantastic. Everyone is wonderful. Our food was made in a timely manner and was delicious. They do not have 99 cent addon bakery items as they are a franchisee and not a corporate location but that isnt that big of a problem.

Come here at least once a week. Staff is always friendly. The food is great, always get pick 2 so you get to try two things at a decent price. Just wish their prices werent so ridiculous.

Ordered a chicken ceasar kale/romain salad (pick 2) through the quick pick-up. My soup was perfectly fine. My salad was a kale and parm salad.....no romain and no CHICKEN.

Great alternative to your typical breakfast/lunch stop. We love the bagels and cant get enough of their Hazelnut cream cheese spread. Give it a try, you wont regret it.
