I liked the fact that pizza hut uses the same layout and menu across its locations. It lets me know what to expect when travelling and what not to expect. This one is nice enough and is what I thought of when trying it for lunch. I like the local small pizza shops for trying something new and seeing if I can find a hidden gem but if I get stuck and want to get exactly what I expect then pizza hut is the place I pick. The all you can eat lunch buffets are good when we really wanna pack it in. It can get busy and at times the lunch is tough to get everything you want but I have to expect that with a buffet. I expecially like the dessert pizzas and this is a good way to get the variety I am looking for when trying to carbo- load the day before a big long workout. The icing on the cherry or apple pizza is a good ending and a good change after eating several pieces of the regular pizza slices which can be salty and filling. Seems like I can always fit another piece of dessert pizza in to top the whole experience off.

Every time I come here theres an issue. I used a Read-It! Program promo for a free personal pan pizza before child not present no issue. I revognized the manager, Dana took my order & it must have been a slow day because she was also the cashier to ring me up in the store. No problem. My daughter gets the promo coupons from her Pre K teacher for reading at least 10min for 20 days each month. I called to order today & was told by a young man that my daughter is REQUIRED to be present. No one told me this why an issue now? Still they are making my order but really its snow outside, my daugter is home napping and I was out doing errands. Ive been coming here for 25 years, even had my 10th birthday party here (memory lane) and really the young man on the phone thought I was going to do all that for a free pizza? Get it together people. Be kind and integral to one another. And the manager should have said something about the fine print policy on the 1st encounter using the promo a month ago.

Called in the order and they acted like they could not hear the address. They asked for the phone number wrote that down wrong. I continued with my order and waited and hour only to call and they did not have any evidence that it was ordered. After speaking with the manager we figured it out that thry could not find our house ,but if they had listened to us we tried to tell them that it was a new subdivision and was trying to give th some streets to find. Long story short... after almost hour and half they were trying to bring us cold old pizza. After complaining the Manger she offered us some coupons !Yeah right! Wont be going or calling that Pizza Hut EVER!

Last time I went there were small children running around the restaurant interrupting the meal i was trying to have with my teenaged sons. When I mentioned something to the waitress she had the manager come over. The manager told me they are children of a regular and they couldnt just tell them to stop. Guess who wont be a regular there? Yep, this girl! Then theres the time my husband went with my older son to get some pizza, carry-out. They stood at the counter/front entrance for ten minutes without anyone so much as looking their way before deciding to leave. Crappy customer service all around!

Staying 3.5 miles away at hotel. Ordered 2 med pizzas from the 5 $ menu at 6:45 this evening. Pizza arrived at 8:16, one was supposed to be a thin crust which wasnt thin. The other hand tossed one was stale with hard burnt crust. You could obviously tell it was old and had been re heated. So upset after being hungry and waiting an hour and a half and then getting old stale re heated pizza! Will never eat at pizza hut again.....

How do you constantly screw up the delivery? Then lie and tell me the driver is off for the day when you just opened up 2 hours ago but then when I show up to the restaurant you call his name and he magically appears???? This place can never get the order right even when I order from online. I understand human error but its happened 3 times! Come on now...I think Ive learned my lesson...just dont order from there anymore..

I dined in with a party of two & we hated the experience! We waited over 20 minutes for our server to greet us at the table, while a few other servers played around. Night shift management is very immature & would prefer gossip or goof instead of helping the paying customers. Delivery is even worse, hope you enjoy hard, under cooked, doughy pizza :p Its sad, this place used to be so popular, now its just a trashdump!

Ordered online. Waited over an hour before calling the store to ask on my order status. When I called they said it hadnt left the building yet. I wanted to cancel so and was transferred to the manager and was hung up on after I said I didnt want a coupon because I wouldnt be ordering there again. The whole experience leaving me and my pegnant fiancé hungry for that much longer. Thank you.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery but realized i got the wrong pizzas after the delivery guy left. I called the store and explained. The lady said I probably made a mistake when ordering online. I insisted the ingredients were all different. She told me shed order a remake and have it delivered. I ordered the pizza at 831pm and its now 1040pm. Pretty sure I just been robbed.

Very poor service. Lazy staff. Ordered a pizza and was told I could pick it up at a specific time, and when I arrived to pick it up because I didnt want to wait for delivery they hadnt even started on my order. Then gave attitude because I didnt tip, why should I tip when my order was not on time and I had to wait in the store for a half-hour for my food.

On 03/28/2015, I ordered a "pan" pizza from the Pizza Hut in Severn. They gave me a hand tossed pizza instead. I called them to tell them about it and I asked for some type of credit or gift card because they messed up my order. They said no, you have to drive here and give us the old pizza and we will make you a new one. Unprofessional.

I was given two cold pizzas and a cold pasta after the driver delivered the pizza over an hour after there expected delivery. When I called I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up on. I called back to talk to a manager and was told the only thing they could do is send a coupon. I dont think this is very good management.

I have had a very good experience with this Pizza Hut the food is good - and the place is very clean and nicely designed. The only complaint I have is the staff was a little loud playing around in the back while dining in. They could be a little more professional and courteous. But all and all good spot!
