One star is a compliment, only because I cannot choose zero stars. I ordered two separate delivery orders a few weekends ago on a Saturday. We had some friends coming over so I ordered pizza and then several more friends joined us so I placed a second order. I was quoted 45 mins delivery time at 7:15. At 9:15 after waiting TWO HOURS I finally called the store again to see what was wrong. The response I got was a rude, ignorant "its on its way MAM!!". I have never been spoken to in such a rude and impatient manner, especially when Ive waited a more than reasonable amount of time to call and ask. If I show you respect I expect it in return. So I spoke to the Manager who was not at all apologetic about the rude employee. She offered to refund my money and send fresh food out...an hour later it finally arrived. I was furious! Tonight I decided to give it another try since everyone has a bad night now and then. I ordered two medium pizzas and was quoted an hour for delivery time. An hour and a half later my pizzas finally arrived COLD. Not warm, they were cold! I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut any more.

Placed my first order tonight. Took more than an hour to get my pizza and when it came it was cold. Wanted to try Pizza Hut since I always order from Papa Johns. I think Ill go back to Papa Johns for future orders. Reading some of the reviews Im glad I didnt have to call. I gave three stars because the delivery driver was polite.

Colonial foods really does a crappy job at managing this store. Food cold, late, and undercooked. What a horrible experience.
