Horrible staff. I wanted a pepperoni pizza and every time I had called they hung up on me. So I had called back repeatly and ask for the manager and the staff said okay but still hung up on me. I had finally talked to the manger and I had asked for her to give me the Pizza Hut corporate but she had said why. I said that you been hanging up on me and she said that I was playing. I said no I was not and she said carry out or delivery. I said I just want the number. She hung up on me so I call back and they sometimes picked up the phone and hung up or just let it sit there and wouldnt say anything. I had to call another Pizza Hut and ask for the number!! This is just ridiculous! I just lost my appetite and I didnt even order pizza. I had finally got the number and called them again and the staff which was men said the name so fast I couldnt hear him. And I asked for it again and he hung up. I had CALLED AGAIN and asked for the manager she finally told me her name. It was Nevaeh. I didnt trust her so I called on my other phone and ask her again. She said Nevaeh. So i wrote it down. Please HELP THIS STAFF OUT OR FIRE THEM. WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE AGAIN!! Hope you found this useful.
Wishing google allowed 0 stars as an option. SLOW! If I wasnt hosting guests I wouldve just driven instead of done delivery. Theyre 4 minutes away so why did it take an hour and a half for them to bring 1 pizza and some sides? Called the store to ask where the food was and a girl picked up and asked to put me on hold for "a second." 5 minutes later, I hung up and called again and had a different person answering the phone. He asked to put me on hold as well.He assured me that the delivery guy should be over to me in less than 15 minutes...when that became 30 we figured we should call again. Ordered our Pizza at 8:14pm online and 2 hours later still have yet to receive. Called the store again only to find out that the driver was "another 10/15 minutes out." I asked for them to just cancel and give a refund. 3-5 business days Ill have my money back...just not the time. Were all packing into a car and going to find something else.
Just ordered my last Pizza Hut pizza. Ive ordered pizzas from this location for the last 5 years since I moved to Mt Washington. Always experienced fast reliable service. My last two orders have been horrible. One order was two hours late. I called several times always with the assurance that the order would be there soon. Of course the pizza was cold and looked somewhat lacking in toppings. I kept saying I was going to call back to complain and try to get a discount on my order, but didnt. This time the online order email said the pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. When the pizza was 20 minutes late, I called to find out when I would receive it. The man said that the driver would be there in another 30 minutes. I asked about a discount and he refused. Again it was cold and 45 minutes late. Cant wait to receive the email from PH headquarters asking for a review!
Order a pizza with chicken and beef, tuscani chicken and out of honey bbq bone wings. When I received the order the pizza did not have beef, the tucani chicken was dried, as if it was left over from the day before and the honey bbq wings did not have have honey bbq on it, it was just plain. When I called, I was left on hold for approximately 30 minutes with promises of speaking to a manager, while waiting talked to 5 different people who all stated that they would get manager. Finally decided to contact my bank and stop payment and contact Pizza Hut headquarters. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS THE WORST, I REPEAT NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS THE WORST. You have been WARNED. Take HEED!
Everytime i come here no matter if order online, or over the phone its always taking HOURS for my food for even 1 pizza. WHEN ITS NOT CROWDED. Then they have no regards to say one moment they take people after you and if you dont say soemthing they wont acknowledge you. Very bad customer service and must make time to come here....then after 30mins of waiting i ask is that mines just sitting on the counter then she says "oh sorry"....REALLY!! What was the point in me waiting 30 freaking minutes maam. Come on yall have to do better ..this is rediculous for yall to charge for EVERYTHING and have bad customer service
Carry-out: The special is advertised on the counter that select sides are $5 with the purchase of a pizza. I purchased 2 pizzas and pointed to the sign to indicate that I wanted to add the $5 order of boneless wings. But I was charged full price. Apparently, the register doesnt automatically give the discount when the items are added to checkout. And the cashier didnt bother to offer it or add it without me asking. I gave 4 stars because the food was good, and the manager was very helpful in refunding the difference and she even took the time to train 2 cashiers on what to do in the future. Awesome leadership!
I ordered a dinner box with only beef and bacon added to the pizza. Somehow someone over there added chicken to my pizza. Im allergic to chicken. Also the cinnasticks werent cooked all the way. Thank god I looked before eating it. I had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. Finally got a lady to answer the phone and she was completely rude when I explained what was wrong. She offered to send a corrected pizza, which I accepted. I asked to make sure that they wanted the wrong pizza back and she rudely said yes. Almost like a "duh". Wont be ordering from here again.
This is the third time they have screwed up my order. Thank God that Seasons Pizza is out here or else there would be not quality pizza places in the area. The biggest problem is that whoever is answering the phone needs to RELAX! Every time I call, it sounds like theyre in a rush and are irritated. Im positive that theyre not getting all the instructions as this is the 3rd and final time they have messed up my order. They should review the order with every customer before hanging up. Dont go here.

The worst. Delivered me a pizza after waiting two hours and it was destroyed with holes and cheese all over the box. When I went up there to show them, they just credited me back what I paid, did not make good, it was gross, unsanitary, and the customer service was invisible. How horrible is that???? Stay away from this place!!! It should be closed down
I called my order for pick up ,and they hang up on me. Then I went in to order and the guy (supervior) did not acknowledge me and I greet him and he pretended not to hear, when I ask for special he said he had none and he asked 18.99 for a large one topping. I look at him and walked away. Very dissapointed.
