This panera is terrible, I have ordered from the store several times. I usually go in and everytime they are out of at least one item I would like to purchase. The past two times I have ordered for a delivery they have forgotten my things. The first time they forgot my sandwich and the second they ran out of the cinnamon crunch bagel so they only gave me one (I paid for two). When I called the store the manager Angie told me that they ran out, if she knew that then why wouldnt the rest of the employees know and call me to inform me prior to the delivery? It is really inconvenient to have to call a restaurant who assures correct orders and quality customer service. I would not suggest dining in, carry out, and ESPECIALLY NOT DELIVERY. God forbid they have to get an order correct.

-Person taking the order aptitude changed noticeably from bad to worse when I checked no tip on the touch pad. I dont understand how can you ask for tip before serving the food. -I was served food with dirty utensil, looked like someone just had mac and cheese right before me. -This was the first and last time for me at Panera Bread. The negative reviews pretty much sums up my expirience. Overpriced food, poorly managed and more on the dirty side type of place. I really wanted to like this place as me and my son go for lunch over the weekend. However this place is not it. We have foud rally nice place with good food and resonably priced.

We go to Panera often in our travels so I can tell you that the Panera here in Williamsburg is high above a lot of others weve been to. The service was fast which pleasantly surprised us because there were a lot of cars in the lot. The food was fresh and hot and the coffee and hot water were all there clean and neat and fresh. The ones near me can take a lesson from this one. They even bring your food to your table instead of making you stand in line to wait for it. We ego to Panera because they have been moving toward organics and their chickens raised without anti biotics. They seem to be going in the right direction, so we support them

I brought my salad back to the kitchen area because I found several pieces of long hair in it. There was no apologies or conversation. The manager was behind the line preparing food and said nothing. I politely asked for a new salad to be prepared which was done and given to me on a dirty plate. Im very disappointed because I have always enjoyed Panera Bread. The customer service here is lacking completly. Again so disappointed.

Panera Bread is a chain resturant. This location sticks to the menu and represents the brand well. The employees are helpful and keep the tables clear. The kitchen is great at making sure you dont wait long for food... They offer seating outside and is located near Colonial Williamsburg. Warning: During peak hours and in the summer, it can be very crowded. The parking lot can also get congested... They also offer delivery.

It was fast, and orderly. They were all kind, patient, and knew what they were foing. The Manager was working with what times the two newest employees could work and was doing it well. She was kind and patient to them and confident in what she was doing. They were also making sure to be out of the way of customers when they were in the same area.

Not only is the staff always friendly and courteous, on the ONE time something in my order was incorrect, the management delivered me a sandwich and pastry free of charge. They go above and beyond to make things right, all while being pleasant and willing to help. Would absolutely go again and recommend to anyone.

I go here quite often. Service has always been very fast and people are friendly. The ine time they messed up my order, I got a fill refund and the food I ordered. Tip: if you dont want to wait for your food at all order it to go from your phone 10min before arriving and then just pick up your food and sit down.

I always order from this panera. Recently I was disappointed when I received a delivered coffee that was half full and definitely not the right order. But I spoke with a manager who had it redelivered and even sent a pastry to apologize. I certainly appreciate such great customer service.

One of the servers purposely refused to serve me, and I have no idea why. When I ordered, she asked someone else to take me. Additionally, I went up to get a pastry and once again she had someone else serve me. Perhaps she is racist. Im not sure, but Im very displeased by this service.

Im already familiar with Panera Bread and its food but especially liked the kiosks they have here. I was able to order easily and much faster than the people that decided to get in line. As a bonus I ended up getting a free cookie for using the kiosk which I was not expecting at all

Great food as you expect, and usually very quick! It does get VERY busy at lunchtime on weekdays, so plan accordingly! Also, Bud will probably say hello and ask how youre doing! Super great guy whos one of the bakers and occasionally buses the tables at lunchtime.

The food was good but it took a long time to get. I did the mobile order for fast pick up. When I got there at the time I was instructed on the app, I had to wait another 10 minutes before I got my order. The place was packed with no seating or parking.

Waited 28 minutes for a to-go egg sandwich, made me late to my meeting. Really unacceptable wait time. Average foot traffic on a Saturday afternoon, no reason it should take half an hour for a quick to-go order.

I did not appreciate how the one cashier decided to walk away and talk to his coworker instead of assisting the customers who were in the line.
