I waited 25 mins, then when i realized i was the only customer left waiting, i approached the cashier to ask her what happened to the order. Then she ask the cook, who nodded his head, and ask what order? really? 25 mins later? the restaurant wasnt busy at all... so i waited 5 more mins, then the cashier brought the food to my table, and apologized. Once she headed back behind the counter, and started helping a new customer, the head cook came to the counter and started asking in a loud and rude tone, "did he even paid for the food?" the new customer turned around and looked at the table where i was sitting. (mind you im the only party inside the restaurant) so i grab the receipt from my pocket, and took it to the counter. thoughout all this, not once did he apologized. So 35 mins later, i actually got to eat my order, quite honestly at that point didnt care much for it. Oh well, i will never be coming back to this restaurant. Poor service, & poor management.

Love the food and the 24 hour service, but HATE that when you order a meal they dont ask you what you want to drink. Not only that, but if you dont say anything about your drink theyll just not give you one even though the meal includes a drink you paid for.Staff needs better training, I hope theyre not trying to rip off their customers on purpose.

OMG i am sooooo grossed out i ordered fish tacos and they were just over and beyond gross they were frozen U CAN TELL the tease was gross it made me soo sick what a waste for 10 bucks . everything is way over priced for the quality of food .. i will no longer come here again .. THIS IS NOW REAL MEXICAN FOOD ! MORE LIKE FROZEN OR FROM A BOX 10-6-16

I am the Owner of Desert Moving Co. & Storage and Santas Restaurant is the best spot Mexican Dining. Its conveniently over 24-hours a day. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. It is elvpeor place to eat yesterday I went and asked to eat we all food, had a smell anything right, lousy service smelled ugly when entering as what trapearon with a terrible dirty water never again rush in this place not recommend it for anything ,, ,,,

The jamaica was old and sour, even smelled bad. Since they changed their mame to Castañedas, the food is really bad. The server Nelly was not nice at all, no customer service, slow service, waited 30 min for 5 rolled taquitos!

Best 24 hour restraunt in the Desert! Theres one in Bermuda dunes also, sorta off of washington! You have to check them out! I eat at santanas at least twice a month, its hard not to go more! Fantastic food!

Great CA Burrito; Carne Asada; add sour cream and guacamole and it truly cant be beat! Wireless internet available for free inside the sparse cafeteria.
