Went for lunch and tried the buffet it was a waste, the food was cold and the meat of carne with salsa verde was pink etc. Wasnt great and had to order something else from the menue ( green enchiladas) wasnt as bad but the waitress didnt check to see if everything was okay or if we need refills which we did so we left unhappy and unsatified never going back to waste my money there again!

We love this place. We have always gotten great service, and the food is so delicious, and great prices. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We come at least 2-3 times a month, sometimes more because its a great place to dine. Well done Acapulco In Caldwell!! Dont change a thing we love it!

Great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. It was one of my moms favorites, and I went here when I came into town for her funeral. The food is great and for a very reasonable price. The mean for the six of us only cost about $50. Theyre great with kids as well.

Wow! Soooo good! First time going and what an impression! I will definitely be going back! The meat was so juicy and delicious and the chile rellano was the best Ive had here in the Treasure Valley. Make this place your next lunch/dinner spot.

A little place on the mean streets of Caldwell. Most people would turn left, better turn right to find a great place to eat Mexican food. Music isnt noticeable, not to many Windows to gaze out. They understand why you came. To eat

Had the all you can eat. Amazing value. Come here and eat. You wont regret it. They have a great staff. Get here early for the buffet, its not the best when theyre about to shut it down, but still good with that being said.

This place is really great for local, authentic Mexican food. The waitress was very kind and accomadating, and the for our familys meal was pretty reasonable. However, service does slow down a bit at busy lunch times.

Probably 3 star food but the quantitiesand value make the place awesome. Had the lunch special burrito. Loaded with beef and $6! Very good service. Specials are all day M to Thurs.
