Definitely not what it used to be. When I first started going here this place really hit the spot. I always got a chicken sandwich with their famous White Mac n Cheese and a half loaf of bread. In recent visits though my Boyfriend and I noticed that a lot of things we really liked had been discontinued and taken off the menu. I still really enjoy their Brocolli Cheese Soup or Mac N Cheese but now we have little to choose from now with sandwiches. Sad because we used to really come here alot.

I came to this location a little over a month ago and the food and service was good. Today I came and it was exceptional. I think it was the manager who took my order and he was very friendly. Theyve switched to having someone bring your food to your table and all of the staff who were doing that I noticed were very nice, and the wait to get my food wasnt long at all.

Great service - call ahead! I ordered ahead for a business meeting ( about 10 persons). My order was accurate and ready at the requested time. Panera staff even called me back to correct an omission on my part. Many attendees commented their entree came out better than they anticipated. I would recommend calling ahead whenever possible.

A combination of axing my favorite menu item that Ive been ordering for years despite the fact that they still have everything they need to make it (the chicken caesar sandwich) and the restaurant being filled with the smell of burning hair made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Didnt have the ingredients to make what I wanted. Waited 10 minutes for my to-go order. They had prepared it for here. Sandwich came falling apart with avacado smushed under it making the bagel soggy. Still it tasted OK but the whole experience was disappointing for a Panera.

Very pricey for the amount of food you get. Also, if youre coming to work on stuff go to Starbucks or somewhere that doesnt have awful wifi like this place. Limited wifi time and very very slow even when you are allowed to use it.

Eat here often. Would agive it 5 stars but food is very inconsistent. We order the same salad 5 times in a row and it will vary considerably in both size and ingredients! Seems like no one follws the menu.

Decent food but a bit costly. If you order water to drink, youll be greeted with a tiny cup as a punishment. The little glass for water is a disappointment.

The soup and sandwiches are delicious. Prices are reasonable, and its usually pretty quiet and comfortable. It gets crazy around the lunch hour though.
