One of the best Mexican restaurants Ive found in the greater Saint George area. Authentic southwestern style food, comfortable surroundings, reasonable prices, and courteous, friendly service. Tonight I came in a half hour before closing and ordered the pork option of Tacos El Carbon. I also asked for a spicier option salsa to go with my chips - they were glad and quick to accommodate, and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. The tacos, rice and guacamole were delicious, though I find the refried beans too watery and bland - Ill get the whole beans next time. All in all, though, still a great dinner.

Sadly eager to enjoy great food however when my order was placed over the phone they mistakenly misorderd 3 dinner platesand only put in for 2 of those 3. Called and response was Im sorry I only put in for 2. No offer to fix the issue or make good on a next visit.

They gave chips and salsa for free which is nice. Food is okay. If you dont like a gooey amount of cheese make sure to let your server know! They put a TON of cheese on my burrito and they put it in the beans as well. Probably wont be going back.

Was told there was a 10 min wait for party of 2 so we sat in lobby area and a group of 4 walk in a few minutes after and they seat them in a booth right away after telling them it was a 10 min wait what the suck not very good business practices

I love this place because of their AMAZING service. They work hard to make sure you have everything you need. The food is usually very tasty! If you like spicy then try the shrimp enchiladas. The sauce on them is great!

Great food, salsa, and bean dip. Love it! Air conditioner was on at Washington restaurant, it was freezing, but staff said it was preset and couldnt be changed. Other people were complaining too. What the heck?

Unassuming from the outside and a wonderful atmosphere on the inside. The service was fast and friendly and the meats are tasty. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed eating here.
