My friend and I and our 2 kids went to dinner there and it was hands down the worst service Ive ever had. We walked in and didnt even get talked to for about 5 minutes. We ended sitting in the bar area. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before I got up and asked the bar tender for 4 waters and had to go ask the hostess for menus. We didnt even see our waitor/waitress until we were already there for about 15-20 minutes. We finally got our food. The food was great! We got our water filled once because we asked for it. We had about 4 different waitors/waitresses. We got boxes and waited for our check. I had to ask a different waitress to get our check. We sat there and watched 3 different waitress walk by before we finally got up and went and paid the hostess since our waitor never came back. I refuse to tip them. I was a waitress so I try and be understanding when people are busy but when we got there they werent busy at all and the service still sucked. I will never go back there thats for sure. That was our first experience there and I was HIGHLY disappointed!

The service was good, but the food was terrible. I had the tortilla soup and ended up only eating the broth and avocado. It had way too many chips, especially since chips are given to each table upon arrival, and the chicken was fast-food quality at best. Instead of being nice shredded chicken, it was cubed dense pieces that resembled what youd find in cat or dog food. The margarita was okay, though quite salty. Wont be going back any time soon.

They had terrible customer service. 5 different servers helped our table and we still waited 10 minutes just to get our drinks. When we finally got our drinks we wqited another 20 minutes to get our food. The food was under cooked and one of the guys I was with had onion peels in his. The food tasted bad, and when we were ready to leave we waited another 20 minutes for our check. Verry unimpressed. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Got seated quickly. That was about all that was done quickly. They took a long time to order our drinks. After ordering them it took about 5-10 minutes to get out drinks. And at that time they took our order. 30 minutes later the food arrived and it was okay at best. This visit was terrible. I gave it 3 stars because I have been there numerous times and had positive experiences. This one takes the cake as the worst.

Quick and kind service.Our food was brought to us really quickly, but at the cost of undercooked chicken which led to severe food poisoning that lasted 4 days. There were 7 flies buzing around our table, so I guess we might have picked up on the place not being so clean, but I was still really upset about how sick I got. The plates are massive and the food was okay, but I will never eat here again.

We love going places and trying new restaurants, I have to give 5 stars only because it would not allow me to give a perfect 10. The staff was very prompt , pleasant , timely ,and friendly. The food presentation was excellent and flavors were 2nd to none. Special note, the sea food dish was also exceptional, the prawns were prepared to perfection. A lot of caring and love goes into every dish.

Just moved here and this was our first trip to the restaurant. We received HORRIBLE service! We were a family of 5 and told wed be waiting about 5 minutes. After 15 minutes a family of 8 walked in and they said "oh yah we have room" and took them right back. We left immediately and will not be going back. Will not be recommending this to any friends or family!

Im a local and this is probably my favorite place in town. Doesnt matter what you order, itll be good. Service is always friendly, and you can tell theyre having a good time. Try the chile colorado, the camarones a la diabla, or the tacos al carbon. And dont bother with the menus on yahoo, theyre not accurate and I dont know who posted them.

They took absolutely long, 2nd time they forgot my order and by the time e it was done everyone else got done eating. Three times that happened one out every time ive been there. When asking for good customer service they dont even offer a discount free meal.just a sorry thats our policy lame excuse that its your fault.

The service here is what makes this place truly incredible. The manager or owner, although not serving, was very aware of all the patrons and whether or not they were enjoying their meal. If they were not, for whatever reason, he was willing to fix the problem -- even if it meant taking a plate off of the bill.

We went here partly because it was well rated and partly because it was walking distance from our hotel. But, we were not disappointed. The view of the Snake River and canyon are wonderful. If you are a golfer you may be setting up a tee time for the next day as you overlook two golf courses

the food was good and the restaurant decor was charming. The waiter was slow in his response and seemed either hung over or intoxicated and it took forever to get or check. I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was mainly tequila and oj...over all not bad but Id prefer a different waiter

I absolutely love this place. Ive eaten here 30+ times. The Chile Rellenos are some of the best Ive ever had. Carne Asada is good as well. Very reliable food quality even when they are slammed. Friendly servers, decent WiFi, I only wish I could visit more often.

Best service, best Mexican food and an owner who loves and helps our community supports school fundraising. And his love for his customers is genuine. A must stop atmosphere is fantastic. .I could go on and on. But do yourself a favor and go see for yourself.

Had the featured La Fiesta burrito. It was a monster the size of my arm with beans and dip on the side. Was only able to eat half of it in one sitting. lived off the leftovers for the next 6 hours on the road. delicious and authentic Mexican food.

This places denied me service because I did not have a card or vest for the service dog, even after I stated she was a service animal and informed them the service the dog provides. I will be contacting the Idaho disability rights office

This place is fantastic! Great service! Chips and salsa are good, especially if you like chunky salsa. The portions are huge so you should not leave hungry! Great Mexican atmosphere! Also, we got our food very fast which was impressive.

Great place! Enjoyed the food and drinks. I actually had the opportunity to meet the owner. Great guy! He takes the time to talk to you and actually get to know you. I will definitely come back if I ever come through this area again.
