I love this place. It is my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Caldwell. The number one reason is the the food is not greasy. The flavors are clean and fresh. Portions are a little less than some places, but to me, the quality makes up for it. Their salsa and guacamole are wonderful. The chips are light and crisp.

Janitzios is by far my favorite Mexican food. Its just right.... never is it too much this or that.... EVERYTHING is perfect!!! My go to s on the menu are the Chile relleno and the chicken enchilada... beans and rice of course and extra salsa!!! YUM!!

Great tamales, good enchiladas. Salsa is good but not too hot, even better if you add some of their houses house-made hot sauce in the red squeeze bottle. Careful, it can be wicked sometimes.
