Awful. Been open for 1 week so had some hope it would be okay. I was wrong. Went through the drive through they asked to take my order I would start then they cut me off. 3 times they did this. Ordered my food finally. Got shrimp and 2tenders combo meal. Both mild. After paying I questioned why I was charged more than what was on the board. They then told me that was including a drink. Combos do include a drink as well. I didnt feel much like arguing more with them so I took my food and left. Got home and opened the box to see I only had 1 tender not 2 and was spicy not mild. So my child now had nothing to eat. The shrimp was really small. Mostly breading and shrimp was never cleaned. Fries I got were cold. Only decent part was the biscuit and mashed potatoes. I wish I never wasted my time or money. Will never go back!! Awful experience and food.

After watching 3,000 TV ads about Popeyes, we finally found one. The ads make the chicken look good. We decided to take our order home. The service here was worth a zero. The counter person was rude and had a lousy attitude. She would stop working after taking two orders, appear to do something, then go back to taking orders. One guy in back appeared to do everything, however, he looked like he lost a fight. He was covered in flour. We got our order home wothout one side and no biscuits. The diet coke tasted horrible. The chicken was good, better than KFC, which no longer exists in Milwaukee. This place will be a gold mine for the owners, if the service improves tremendously. If the service stays as it was when we were there, it should just shut its doors now.

This place is a joke. Lazy employee tells me that there is now spicy chicken because they are cleaning the fryer. She tells me to come back in 20 minutes. I return in 30 minutes and there are now only spicy wings, but the fryer is still being cleaned. She cant figure out if there will be any spicy chicken before they close. She blames this on her mysterious coworker who somehow cleaned the fryer, made chicken and then decided to clean the fryer again all in that 30 minute span. What a group of awful liars. They werent cleaning any fryers, they just dont want to do any work.

Oh my God. **Horrible** food. The chicken tenders were like eating tires: Hard, chewy, and flavorless. I ordered at 11:30am and they had no fries, and no coleslaw. (Seriously? 2 of their 5 "sides" out of stock at 1130am?). The green beans I was forced to choose instead were mush, like baby food. This was my very first visit to a Popeyes, and will be my LAST visit, period. What a complete waste of 6 bucks. KFC, which I do not frequent very often, has FAR better food than this place.

The worst ever. Will not be back. I Thought because they are located in Wauwatosa they would be a little more professional and have better service. They are actually worst than the rest. They told me they couldnt give me any honey because they gave too many out during the day, where they do that at?. Ordered the 9pcs mixed with 2 large sides, when i got home I was missing a side and the chicken was not mixed pieces just all drum sticks. Close this joint ASAP!! They dont deserve any stars.. smh

Drive-thru line was extremely long employees were leaving the restaurant sitting in the car and horse-playing around outside the restaurant instead of helping the drive-thru patrons. This location just opened and my previous experience was good. Today I left because I refused to wait for the employees to finish smoking cigarettes, and horseplaying and ignoring the drive-through. I hope they dont start acting like all the other locations but, the early signs are already there.

Order was totally wrong and when trying to call the store about it I keep getting a voicemail. The fact I work across the street but live in Muskego and was picking food up for the family was the reason I couldnt just go back and complain. Needless to say I had to find something else for dinner and toss the chicken Very disappointed family since they were looking forward to Popeyes chicken Customer service at the store was good however

Like others have said, its like going to the hood. Employee had something of an attitude during the entire ordering process. I made a simple mistake on my order, associate went on a rant to fellow employee before returning with more attitude. I left without food. This is not the first time Ive received this type of service from this location. Will never return. This is unfortunate as this location is close to my house and I like their food.

Just drive on by dont waste your money. Today we decided for the first time to try Popeyes. I ordered the spicy chicken tenders, got mild, along with a sauce - missing, actually all three sauces were missing. Ordered my side jambalaya, got rice which looked like something the dog threw up. And to top it, everything was cold. The people running the registers doesnt have a clue on what they are doing. A total waste!

Poor customer service and out of coleslaw and hotsauce. Girl at register was short and rude. Asked for some BBQ sauce and hot sauce and she says"we aint got none" luckily the guy at the drive through said they did have some BBQ sauce. Then she told the guy "only one" for me and my wife!?? This place is a joke and always has dirty tables. Food was okay I suppose, but not good enough to get us to come back. Sorry

Theyre often out of something - whether it be a certain kind of sauce, pies, etc. & theyll very often forget to include some part of your order. But the food and chicken are EXCELLENT, Im in love with their mashed potatoes & gravy. Really, all the food is delicious. Including the pies and deserts. One of my favorite places to eat. If you like chicken, youll love their delicious soul food.

Soooo kind! We were there right before they closed and they still let us in kindly! Took our order and smiled throughout the whole thing. The servers and managers were sooo kind with their words and led us out the door with a "thanks ladies! Drive safely & have a great night" . Made my night! After I had a really bad day, they made it brighter! Thank you guys :)

Drive thru wait was long...i asked the for Bbq sauce I didnt know if I was heard so I repeated my request for the bbq sauce...."yea Anything else, alright pull around!" I worked at a restaurant why not say " sure I have the Bbq sauce, does that complete your order?" So rush rush...RUDE!! I hope my order is right and hot....still currently waiting.

Popeyes will NEVER get a good review from Me but this location is the definite best one available. Still feels like youre in the hood but everyone was pretty nice. Wait times are normally about 35+ minutes as per usual and most of the time "Popeyes is out of Popeyes". at least this location is the best one Ive been to. So, good work
