They just opened and they have alot of employees at the moment. This is because theyre training and over hire to find whos best for the company, so it is kind of loud and hectic at busy hours. If thats going to annoy you go at a non busy time or wait for the business to settle down. But other than that the food was delicious. I got a little bacon cheeseburger and little fries and that was enough to fill me up. The Cajun fries were in my opinion better than the original. It is the ideal of how a burger and fries should taste. I will go again.

its everything you would expect from fives guys, but much more hectic. you get the fries and great burgers, but what is weird from the rest of them is that there are 15-20 people working at once behind the register. the place is so loud I couldnt even fathom anyone eating in. my real problem and why i am writhing the review is because it is so crazy and so many people are rushing i got a raw burger patty. they say well done, but well done is not taking it home and having to micro wave it.

Ive been here three times now to pick up an online carryout order. I arrived at my specified pick up time, but they are always behind and Ive had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes each time Ive gone. On top of that, two out of my three orders have been made wrong where they did not include all the specified ingredients in my order. I understand this is a new location with new employees, but this is unacceptable.

Food is good and iv never had a problem with it! Its a bit expensive for what it is but worth it to me and better then Milwaukee burger (yuck) that being said the employees are need work, some are great and I dont have a problem and others have no idea what they are doing one was so bad that I had to hang up on a call in order and GO there to get my brothers food!

Great food but terrible service. We called in an 8 burger meal at 11::10 am and its 11::40 and we just got our food. Ridiculous. What is the point of calling in aa order if they just make it when we get there. Smh they need to work faster. Ive worked in faster paced restaurants way busier than that and its never taken thirty minutes to make an order !!

Love this Burger joint! The price is higher than other burger joints, but the quality is amazing! You can get whatever you want on the burger, and you get double the amount of fries you order. The burgers are big and juicy. You cant go wrong here. Also peanuts to snack on while you wait for you fresh burger to cook. Love coming here!

Food is good but pricey for a family. the architect that designed the building layout needs to be fired. the dumbest layout ever. First when you wait in line to order, you may be outside, and when your waiting for your food theres no good place to stand if busy. I dont think the seating design could be any worse.

A nice change from the fast food chains of olde. Decent burgers and excellent fries. My caveat is that for the quality and environment, the price is not justified. Two people and a drink and semi-fastfood joint was over $30. Doubtful I would return here over another burger place. One with a beer selection.

Like everybody here has said, its just too expensive for the food. The quality is fine, but its just not worth it. They can either reevaluate their prices for a fair amount, or they can create a better restaurant environment. I think even Red Robin has a better burger for the same price.

Great hamburgers and fries made fresh all the time. Their stuff is so fresh, they dont even have a freezer on the premises. Plus all the peanuts you want to eat. Interestingly the day I was there, there were only four guys on duty at this five guys. Regardless, an enjoyable experience.

Like the place food is good but the service is not the manager who takes the order is very polite he was the only person there i saw besides someone sweeping he also took the order made the food and gave it out where are the employees this wasnt the first time i saw this

Nice place with good people, but (as everyone says) the price isnt justified. For the price of a burger and fries here, you can get two burgers, fries, and a great root beer just down the street at The Spot.

Five guys is great (but expensive). My experience here wasnt great. Really slow service. Got a crusty, stale bun. Floor was dirty and messy. Were out of condiments. Not worth it that time.
