Never saw such an unorganized place, service was not the typical service Ive experienced in other Boston market location. Dont know whats worse the girl putting the food together and grabbing her drink then touching food. Or the women who took my order and just set it aside to serve those she knew and those that came after me. I waited just shy of an hour for 1 turkey and corn bread while others after me were given priority and walked out with 5 minutes of walking in. Unprofessional especially when I asked for corporate number and she hands me that location number. Well I work for customer service I know how to contact corporate but thank you anyways. Guess I will never order thanksgiving dinner for my company from this establishment.

Ordinarily I love this location, employees are friendly and the food and service are usually pretty good. However, today I ordered online, waited until my order time to arrive and then waited almost 15 minutes for my pre-paid pre-ordered food. It was ready just not enough staff to get it and give it to me. On top of it, the sweet potatoes, which are normally awesome, were over cooked to the point of being too thick and having no flavor. Will keep going back. Please have one more person working up front during the lunch hour on a cold day. Thank you.
