Stopped after driving by and seeing a big OPEN neon sign. It was 9:15. There were 4 employees "working," but the place was empty. I ordered meatloaf -- but was told they were out. It's one of the main offerings on the menu! How can they be out? Obviously the employees decided they wanted to start cleaning up early so they weren't concerned in the least bit about providing decent customer service. If I was the owner or manager there, I'd fire them all. My suggestion: Kopp's is just down the street to the south -- and their workers know how to treat customers. They have the food on their menu. I left Boston Market and went to Kopp's to spend my money -- and I had a much better experience.

I placed an online order and showed up 30 minutes later per the order confirmation. When I showed up, the store was not busy at all, maybe 4 customers. It took 10 minutes for someone to talk to me and when they did, they had not started my order yet. While this was going, one of the workers in the back was on her phone. I finally did get my order and there was no apology for the wait or even a thank you. Overall terrible service and defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.

Drove all the way from greenbay stopped to eat at boston market as i got the food my mac n cheese had hair in it told the emplyees didnt apologize or asked if i wanted a refund anything like tht just poor customer service i was so pissed took them like 20 mins to just give me a new small plate of mac n chese i was just so pissed i wouldnt recamend anyone to go there at all maybe another location just not there ill never spend another dollar at that store again!!!!

Chicken was dry...ribs taste weird....and service was horrible...they didnt ha e sweet potatoes ready ...was suppose to bring it out to my table but never did....once finishing my food...I sat there...in front ...watching and waiting....never came...so I want to front counter and told them.....however this would be my first bad experience with BM...and this was the BM on south 27th...

Ok food, service fair, watch what sides you order making sure they look fresh. Chicken is the best you can get here, the ribs are only OK, Turkey is OK. It is not the best Boston Market I have been to but not horrible either. If you are in the mood for Chicken you could do worse. I eat here about once a month and it has always been fine.

1:30pm on 7/28/18 No white meat chicken For the elderly couple in front of me, 2 PERSON staff working very hard prepping meals, cashing out orders & cleaning the tables. The manager was no help & clueless, walked around looking busy.
