Hardest place to enter - have to drive south past two no U-turns, turn left, slowly thread your way through Walgreens parking lot, go back two blocks, and finally there. Even harder to exit, if you want to go WEST on Silver Spring Dr. Almost impossible to get into the left turn lanes from Port Wash. Road onto Silver Spring Drive. Or you could turn right off Port Road onto Silver Spring EAST, go two blocks, turn right, use first alley left, left again to Silver Spring, turn left at stop lights, back two more blocks to SS & Port - finally on your way home. A lot of time and effort just for Taco Bell, just to wonder about the grade of beef used and - most of the time - be browbeaten by surly employees. Today was a new low, even for Taco Bell. I like their Nacho Beef Chalupas, which used to be a standard menu item, but not anymore. Last time there, I got Supreme Beef Chalupas, with Nacho Cheese added at no extra charge (including sour cream). Today I figured Id call first and was told that, of course, they still have Nacho Beef Chalupas. BUT, I was charged 50 cents each extra for the Nacho Cheese - not what the fella told me. Shes already nasty at this point. Was told I could sub Nacho Cheese for the sour cream - OK, but screen shows 50 cents extra for sour cream. Told her leave off the sour cream and she got even more ill-tempered! Finally the screen shows the correct order, at $16.21 (ordered extra items too), but total comes out at $18.82! Didnt want to get dagger eyes or into an argument, so just drove off. In no uncertain terms, I WILL be notifying Taco Bell about this! Ill do it by email, rather than phone, as I dont wish to be abused any further.

Service wasnt amazing, but the order was eventually correct. The nachos we ordered were like old wood. Never in my life have I tasted a chip so stale, i didnt even think nachos could get that stale! This location was terrible, and then its like the management changed or something about 4-6 months ago and they were decent for a couple months... then I noticed about two months ago the last couple times Ive gone the food has been TERRIBLE. My guess: management was so awful that corporate had to step in, and their changes were only effective for about a month or two. Very disappointing, Ill be sure to pass the message along to friends and family.

Barely anyone here and it took forever to get our food. Cashier is sitting on his phone, and cook decides to leave with orders still on the screen and a line of people. Plus someone is taking a break with a line and us waiting for 20 min on our food. Are you kidding me? Honestly Ridiculous. So much for "Fast food" I work at a restaurant and with how easy this food is to make it should not take this long. Pure incompetence and laziness.

First time I stopped here they got my order all wrong. Second time, after 10 mins of waiting behind two cars in the drive thru they said they were closed, but it was still five mins till closing... I think they purposely go slow before closing so they dont have to work more. "Moniqe" was not polite from the get go. Plus other restaurants were closing at the same time, so I couldnt get anything after. Wont go back again.

Unequivocally the WORST service I have ever received, not just at a Taco Bell, but of any food service. 37 Minutes! Thats how long it took to get 2 soft tacos and a Gordita. I know because I had to explain to my 5 year old why we were still waiting after 5 minutes, then every 2 minutes following that. Absolutely NO urgency paid by the employees during this time. Avoid this restaurant at all cost!

Every time we try to order, they are "out" of whatever we want. Chicken biscuit taco? Oh, were out of that chicken. All of the new and greatly hyped "chickstar" offerings? We dont have those. Beefy Fritos crunchwrap slider? We dont make those anymore. Really?! I bet corporate would be interested in knowing that the entire menu is beyond your capabilities. Useless.

I purchased one of the new flat bread melts...it was really salty . So I phoned them just to ask if thats what its supposed to be like .... Only when I finally got someone and asked 4 the manager...this guy says he is the manager so I proceeded 2 explain my reason 4 calling and he hung up in my face !...who does that.

It took me 45 minutes just to get through the drive through. People were leaving the line since it was taking so long, but I stuck through it just because it was actually kind of fascinating and I wanted to see how bad it would get. 45 minutes Ill never get back, but at least I know never to go to this place again.

Most reviews are pretty bogus...if people want 5 star service and quality, they should go to a sit down restaurant and spend more than 5 bucks....its a TACO BELL come on!!!! Anyway, there service is always really fast and id say the workers are as friendly as a minimum wage food service should be.

My food was almost cold and the tacos has so much lettuce on it. It was suppose 2 b a taco not a lettuce cos. The pink lemonade was watered down. Is taco bell hard up for money or what. I will not b going back 2 this one. The cashier was so rude. They just hire any not off the streets.

Bathroom out of order Extra pepper on burritos where you either sneeze or cant eat Hard shell tacos cracked so you gotta scoop with hand to eat food They only deserve a star so I can talk bad about them Make ya own food or go to Wisconsin Ave by The Rave for real service

Service was complete crap. Ordered a regular taco and received a Mexican Pizza. Ask I went back to tell them that they had mistakenly misplaced my order, I was vulgarly threaten by 2 workers and the manager. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in Taco Bell.

The food was not too bad, but the customer service was garbage. I couldnt even count my money or look to make sure my food was accurate before having an employee tell me that there were other people behind me. Two thumbs down, no more service from me.

Its horrible. I literally live a half a mile away. Everytime I give it a second chance I always regret my decision. For instance, it was closed at 1:30 AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Very disappointing! Avoid at all cost!

Its hit or miss, in my experience the day shift is pretty peppy and awesome and the night shift consistently seems like an unfocused nightmare of people reluctant to talk to you.

It is messy inside... the drive-thru is okay. The people working the drive-thru arent always nice but they do not mess up orders. They let homeless drunk men sit inside.
