There was a time that this would have been 4 stars. A few years ago my co-workers and I would eat at this BWW once a week and enjoy a fast meal and play video poker. I would also take the kids there about once a week or every other week for a family dinner. At some point I think we all decided that eating wings and fries every week probably wasnt the healthiest option. and so I stopped going as much. However, when we do go back now, it has been disappointing. The service is often slow. The new chairs are not very comfortable. And of the past 5 times we have been there they have screwed up or missed something on our order 4 times. The wings are very tasty, I usually do the "small" I think, with split salt and vinegar and mild. That is another thing....their wing "sizes" are so stupid. If a "small" is 12 wings.....say "12 wings" why say "small"....so the people need to ask? Lame. My decadent treat that I dont order often because I enjoy it terribly but feel ashamed after, are the potato wedges with melted cheese on them, with ranch to dip in. They are sooo good, but I really think they go right to your arteries and build a wall. Lastly, they now have a "veggie plate with hummus" or something. I tried to order that once to feel better about my wedges....it was a disappointment at like $12 or something.

I have frequently carried out wings and other food from this BW3 location. Within the last year or so the service has become just awful. If you are waiting at the pick up counter they will answer every call that comes in while you stand there and wait. When I mentioned that to the fella at the counter, he told me it was "policy" to take all the calls first. Not good. They also frequently mess up the order. Sometimes you get the wrong stuff, sometimes they forget things. Mistakes do happen, but they happen frequently here. Some of the time they go thru the order before you leave with it, but many times my family calls ahead so I dont know what they ordered. They also forget the dipping sauces. I dont ever see the same staff for any period of time, so I suspect that they have a high turnover. Its too bad because the wings are decent, and the garlic mushrooms are quite tasty. Its time for us to find a new place to get wings from.

I recently visited this establishment on Sunday evening (1/20/16) and did not have the best experience. The hostess was pleasant and did her job well. Our waitress however was extremely inattentive, lazy, and she knew she was not doing a good job. Several people arrived and ordered after me and still got their food before me. She just laughed about it. Next, the entire bar area was full of her friends and she was just standing at their table when I was clearly ready to pay my check. She was so oblivious I had the person I was traveling with go start the car and pull it up thinking that might just get her attention and it still did not. When she finally came all she could say was Im sorry Im sorry like ten times. < sorry does not cut it. . do your job - it is not that hard to multitask, be attentive, and observant. What shouldve took 20-30mins took an hour and a half on top of another hour to complete my travel home.

Food is good however not the greatest service when eating there. Too many times food was forgotten and either not given or sitting in the back then brought out cold. Always check food when getting food to go. Also, Had an interesting experience a few months ago my husband and our two young children went to eat inside this Kenosha Resterant. Felt very awkward when it seemed our wattress would only address my husband as if I wasnt there. We continued thinking nothing of it. At the end of our meal she decided to go as far as leaving my husband her phone number and note saying to "call me". Very Professional? Luckily I have a wonderful husband who threw it away on his way out the door. Would have gotten the wattresses name. If my husband didnt wait until we got home to tell me, trying avoid conflict. Very unprofessional and beyond disrespectful

I think this place is highly over rated. The service was terrible, we waited almost an hour for our food, the server appeared to be annoyed that she had to serve us. Tables around us were getting their food before us. Finally when the food came the manager helped our server deliver the food, the server dropped the food on the table and left. She basically left her manager to finish taking care of us getting utensils, napkins, sauces, more beverages. The server never came back to even check. Now the food.....it was luke warm at best, the breading on the boneless chicken was either over cooked or had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. You know hard as a rock when you bite in to it. As I said this place is over rated. Tried it, didnt like it, wont ever go back.

Service is HORRIBLE! Was there in a Sat afternoon & it wasnt busy whatsoever.... BWW was completely over staffed. 8 or 9 waitstaff all just standing around. after 35 minutes of waiting for our food & no waitress to be found in sight & after seeing another table just as frustrated for getting no service we decided to leave. As we left, the other table did the same. We called & talked to the manager & she really didnt know what to say. Offered us free coupons which we declined. Fix your service or youll be seeing this more often & eventually shut done! Clearly by the other reviews something needs to change for this business!

If you go to this Buffulo Wild Wings expect mediocre serves eating in or even ordering out. I love the food but they dont know how to ever get it together. And this isnt just one experience but over time and Im quite tired of it. We ordered to go because every sit down experience is unsatisfied. We got put on hold over the phone for over 10 minutes. When we got there on time we waited for another 10 minutes because one of our food items wasnt ready. Well it was someone elses food item and we get home to cold food. If you want some great Buffulo Wild Wings its in Jansville.

Amazing service but the General manager is unorganized. There is a side door to the outside seating area. He does not want smokers to go out this door but it remains unlocked and/or without a sign! Did I also mention this is where the ashtray is located! The general manager would like smokers to smoke at the front door. There is no ash tray this location which would promote littering at the front door of this location! Sir get off your power trip and worry about things that matter.... if they matter do something about it! Piss poor management from the GM!

When BWWs is good, they are really good. Their wings are my absolute favorite, or used to be. This location can be awesome or crappy depending on when you are there. Ive had waitstaff that are always around and helpful, and Ive had to get my own refills on drinks because they take too long. The wings can come fresh and delicious or clearly old and out of a microwave. I recommend for the good service I have gotten, but dont be surprised if your wings are cold or they forget about you altogether.
