If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered food from there for an office meeting. I ordered it over 2 hours a head of time got there 10 minutes after the pick up time that I had requested and my food still wasnt ready. I had to another 15 minutes before they finally finished my order. When I spoke to the manager all she did was say that they were busy (which they werent that busy it was well before noon and their lunch rush,) and she offered me a free soda while I waited, no discount or coupons or anything. Instead I just had to deal with it, and have clients sit in our office and wait because I wasnt back with food for out meeting and then they still had to sit there and watch me pull it all of the bag and get it set up which was very embarrassing. Will never order for another office meeting from there again because apparently when you designate a pick up time it means nothing to them.

A pleasurable experience with a variety of different sandwiches both for lunch or dinner. Involved in the community. Also offers delicious fresh baked bread and sweets, my two favorites are the almond bear claw and apple, raisin, and cinnamon cobblestone.

Warm inviting atmosphere and always buzzing with activity. Lots of people working on their laptops, yuppies meeting for lunch and older folks meeting for coffee and to read the paper. One of the better Paneras around.
