If I could give this hooters zero stars I would. I dont know where to start first, we were told that if we called in a order we couldnt sit down and eat. Me and my partner are emts we work 14-16 hour shifts we didnt want to eat in the ambulance so we decided to just eat in the restaurant. once we got our food everyones food was completely wrong. Once we told her the way it was suppose to be she got a an attitude and told us that we werent suppose to even be sitting down to eat. Once the food arrived the fries were cold and one of the orders was still wrong. Our waiter gabby was horrible once we got our bill she walked off and was flirting with the guy at the table behind us and we could get anyones attention to pay the bill. I will never be back here.

I went to hooters yesterday and we had to get in and out because Me and my friends had a softball tournament at Melrose Ball park. There was only Me, 4 other kids, And 7 adults. We got our drinks but never got any food. The waiters were nice and calm when this happened. We waited about 45 minutes and Me and my friend got our food but the 3 other kids still didnt get anything. After a hour we canceled our order and after we did the food was ready so we but it in boxes and left. Tip: Take care of the big group of people first and the best way to get more people to come to hooters is by GETTING FOOD MADE FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming from a person who likes hooters food... this is actually one of the worst locations ive been to. Used to come here for games and events with groups of friends would have to wait 45 min to get seated another 15 before anyone attended us and another 30 before we received our food and cold to make it worse. Started taking our business to the downers grove location would get seated right away waitress asked for our drink orders as soon as we sat and got our food within 10-15 min . If you want good service during sporting events takevthe drive to downers you will be much more pleased

Placed an order online for a pick-up. Got there a few min prior to having my order ready which I was fine with waiting. Once they rang me up, I tried using the remaining balance of my gift card but lady said they couldnt accept gift cards because theres been a lot of fraud with gift cards in the past. I was confused because we used half of my $100 to dine in but I couldnt pay for a $44 order with it. I didnt hesitate to leave them their food and go down the street to dine. Plenty local establishments in the area (whos willing to offer better customer service).

Service is always so slow. We normally come here for lunch every Friday. There was literally 5 people in the entire restaurant. And it still took 45 min to cook a chicken sandwich. We have been here multiple times and always the same service. This Hooters by far has to be the worst one I have been to in regards to the cooks taking so long. Quality of the food just seems okay here. Never really consistant. For the most part servers are excellent. Ask for Olga or Ashley they are my favorites.

First time I went here they messed up my order (quesadillas) and left out all the major trimmings. I took it to go so I was basically screwed when I got back to the office. The second time (today) I ordered their southwest salad and it is horrible! They left out ingredients and gave me the wrong dressing. The chicken is so salty I basically had to throw it away. I must say, the employees there either dont pay attention or dont care. This location sucks.

Ive came here before when my wife was pregnant and the service and food was better. I love Hooters but tonight it was a totally different place. My wife got a dirty glass at first then the waitress gave her a dirty look when she questioned it then the food came the hot wings we ordered werent hot at all they were cold and on top of it our waitress still seemed like she had an attitude. Dont know what happened in a couple months but I will not be returning

The service was terrible. My waitress Gabby was so busy flirting with the old guy next to us our orders were all wrong. When our loaded fries came the cheese was cold. I asked for no sauce and they put hot sauce and she made it seem like I was wrong. When we told them the orders were wrong they all got mad. Very disappointed in todays service. We always come here but this may me my last visit to the Melrose park location thanks alot Gabby!

Waitress sucked . Got the wrong order ,waiting for half hour to get service it was was my son 12th birthday. She did not listen to what I have asked. Gone Another ten minutes in the back office, change the order and still came back wrong. They use the same chicken that was wrong and put jerk bbq sauce on it. Very bad service, she was focusing on her friend that came in. Not What I expected. Hope I never have her again

Ive been to plenty of Hooters Restaurant before. However, this particular one isnt good at all from the service to the food. Upon arriving I had bad service I felt as if the cashier didnt want me to ask any questions about the food I planned on ordering. The food was the worst ever my wings were very greasy, my order was wrong, and my fries were very cold and my order was very wrong and just thrown into the container...

This Hooters is the worst. The greeter Summer is so Rude. The table she was going to sit us at was a bit dirty and she did not want to clean it even after we asked her her too. Then she went to another worker pointed at us and said I have been working here to long to be cleaning tablets. All while we were there is was on her cell phone while working.

Service was good not so much for the food.. my order of fries was cold n return to get another batch of fries which where hot on top but cold ones on the bottom. My wings where not like I order them n had to reorder again. My wifes fries where cold at first then had to reorder them again. Been to other hooters this was the worst of them.

Wasnt allowed to do separate bills which is fine , had to pay for the ranch/bleu chz dressing...never heard of but also wasnt allowed to purchase a drink at the bar because "Hooters" wanted to ensure they get more money for gratuity/service charge by charging it to the table.............let me be great damn........f**kin people shisssh!!!!

I used to come here all the time with my wife. We are a regular Hooters family. Its been awhile since we came to this location. We decided to give it a chance again today. To our surprise, it still hasnt improve in the kitchen. Our wings and fries were over cooked. We made our final decision to never come to this location again.
