Was in this evening with my wife after a long day at work, looking to just avoid cooking (and the pile of dishes in the kitchen) anyways... We were seated immediately, and Brittany H was there within 30 seconds, but she came bearing bad news... we had to wait a couple of minutes for bread sticks as they were just coming out of the oven, best couple minute wait ever! Hot doesnt begin to describe these sticks of bread, delicious does though, they were perfect after being escorted the 32.5 steps from the kitchen to the table they had cooled to optimum enjoyment temperature and were gobbled down (maybe scarfed is a good descriptor) In between stuffing our faces with bread sticks we managed to mumble our drink orders (the something something peach something something iced tea on the unlimited refills is awesome(so awesome i forgot what it was, and it requires nested parenthesis to describe)) The food was good, but the service was great, Brittany did a fantastic job with everything, even managing a giggle or two after realizing that we were not boring grumpy people. anyways, too much babbling, especially for a google review where most people only look at the stars and go OOOOOHHH shiny.... food was good, service was top notch, 10/10 would return

Our server was very busy. We had another server bring out the meals and yet another refill our drinks. It is nice to see that they help each other out though. We ordered the regular choc. mousse cake to share for dessert and she brought out the Black Tie one which is $2.00 more. When we brought this to her attention she let us keep the BlackTie one and brought out the regular one at no extra charge. Our server was friendly, but seemed "scattered", but then again she was waiting on a lot of tables. All in all a good dining experience. An aside; we were seated between two tables, both of which had very young children who screeched and cried a lot. I sure dont need it in "stereo!" We were about to ask to change tables when one of the parties left and the other one had their food brought to their table and once the child started eating she calmed down. I love children, but dont want to be seated near them when they are screeching, especially when Im trying to have a nice dinner. I think the manager was remiss in seating us there (just the 2 of us) when there were so many other tables available. Next time we will request not to be seated near a family with a baby.

This will probably be the best dining experience of my life and I told the supervisor that after the meal. The presentation of the food was awesome as well as tasty. It was a perfect ending to a great day. Our server bent over backwards making sure our Dining experience was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. He deserves kudos for his professionalism. Many waitresses and waiters would learn from his expertise. In fact, he would be successful if he opened his own restaurant and utilized his people skills that he has. Return customers would be no problem. The owner has quite an asset in this server. We will return next year. I hope this server is still there. You know who you are. God Bless.

Linda, our waitress, was fantastic. Very attentive and extra sweet. Service was fast. I am extremely picky and wanted to try the mozarella chicken but she could tell I was hesitant. Linda said if I didnt like it, she would get me something else no charge. That pretty much sold me on the whole night cuz no restaurants really do that. The food was great...everyone was fuuuuullll. The wine and breadsticks were extra delicious. Dave (the manager I assume) came out to ask how we were doing....fabulous time was had by all!

Horrible. We went there at 3:30 and there was hardly anyone in there. We waited for at least 10 minutes and no one came to take our order. No waitresses in sight. A party of 25 came in and they were waiting in the lobby. We got up and went to the hostess to see if they could sent over a waitress. We waited for another 15 minutes and still no waitress. They tried to tell us it was because they had such a large crowd come in, but we were there at least 10 minutes before they even showed up! We finally walked out.

We love the Olive Garden menu. However, the quality at the Pleasant Prairie restaurant is inconsistent. We typically have the soup and salad combo and have noticed that they thin their soup out. The soup is often watery and with only a couple of vegetables or pieces of meat. We prefer to go to the Racine Olive Garden where they dont have this issue.

The food comes as expected, however the feeling is that you are being rushed through your meal no matter the waiter. The food is over-salted in every instance. I would love to see healthier options available. The menu HAS become somewhat more health-conscious by offering more gluten-free options & marking vegetarian dishes.

Though the food is good, it seems like the Italian version of Panda Express? If you really think this is authentic Italian, I beg you to visit either Casa Capri or even Tuscany when in the Kenosha area. The others might have unlimited breadsticks/soup/salad but youll be amazed at the difference in ambiance and quality.

Tried to eat at olive garden today. Had three people come up to tell me someone else would be there to seat me. Someone never showed up. Those three just took turns standing at the podium not helping anyone. They needed training. Cheddars is right behind them with a friendlier staff.

My experience at this particular Olive Garden is usually pretty good. Once in a while when my fiance orders the Seafood Alfredo, there are very little "seafood" in it, and has mostly pasta. This happens occasionally, otherwise everything else is great. -Dan S

Great waiter tonight. Always do have good service but tonight he was a lot of fun even though my son started the evening crabby. 2 meals were gluten free with one dairy free as well. Turned out to be a fun night night. Thank you. Waiter was David C.

Pretty good as an olive garden. Food was delivered timely and they were good about keeping us up on drinks. Have an allergy menu built into the app portion of their kiosk that they have at every table, so easy if you have food allergy or Celiacs.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I always get great service. The staff really knows their stuff. Id like to give a shout out to the waitress we had today- "You are a great waitress Jennifer. Keep up the great work!" We went 3/13/16 around 12:30ish

I ordered 2 orders of soup salad and bread sticks to go. I got home and the Minestrone soup had meat in it. I called and told the manager what happened and he sent me a $20.00 gift card. I thought that was very nice way of making things right.

The food is good and service is usually pretty good, but Ive had some trouble in the past where I had to wait for twice the waiting time and we didnt get served in a timely manner. For the price, the food is good. But make a reservation!
