Very inconsistent. The same entree can be prepared depending on the day in several opposing ways ranging from excellent to almost non-digestible (from excellent to cheap tenderized beef, from large to small portion size, etc). I guess it depends on the available cook, but as a consumer I tend not to care about any involved cooking logistics ("Oh, Im sorry, we have a different cook today"), I just want high quality and consistent food.

Worst Chinese Ive had Who ever said it was the best Chinese in Madison was either drunk or on drugs... possibly both! The general tsos chicken was overcooked, dry, and had no spice. The sesame chicken was equally as bad. The only thing we enjoyed from our meal was the Fortune cookies -find somewhere else to order from!

Much better than average for this kind of menu. It is kind of hard to guess what things are going to be really good and what things are going to be meh-cky. There have definitely been things I did not like; but other things I liked a lot. I consider it a plus that they have a long menu full of surprises.

Easily the best Chinese food Ive had in Madison. The food is reasonably priced, hot, and delicious. Definitely try the fried rice. Best Ive had.
