Things have changed. used to have great food. Ordered online, which routed us to EatStreet app. I am totally okay with that. Added our items to the order and then added the request for free Rangoons with $15+ order. Double checked the order and pressed "place order" Received an email that the order was placed. and waited for it to arrive. Did not have the Rangoons upon arrival. Called them, and received a "too bad so sad" call eatstreet response, we dont see it with your order. When I told her I thought she was rude for a customer service person, she hung up on me. Wont be returning. HyVee is the place to go. Lots of meat, fresh food! Affordable! Used to be much better we ordered Orange Chicken and General Tso. Both had very little chicken and plenty of breading.

Small oriental food restaurant with a yellow awning, right across the street from Woodmans on the east side. I placed an order from this place online, they delivered and I signed the receipt since I had paid with a credit card. The next day when I looked at the bank statement they had added an extra charge of I believe $3.00. When I went back to confront them they said the computer automatically does it. But when they showed me the receipt I had signed they had written in $3.00. There was no mistake there because this charge and my signature were the only 2 things written in blue ink.....I didn;t want to argue about 3 bucks but just imagine how many other people they have probably done this to..........Long story short, Be Aware and Dont be fooled.

I am not sure why people are saying the food is so horrible because I enjoyed the food every time me and my family have gone there. We have purchased many different types of food and each dish was actually better than a lot of the places I have been to in Madison. I even tried World Buffet and Asian House is much better. The people there, which is almost always a young Asian lady, are so nice. Each time I have seen them cooking the food it was made fresh to order, so Im not sure why people say the food tastes like it was bought from someplace and we have been there many times over.

My family has been here on many occasions. The first time we were there the husbands first words about the food was " Ohh Myyy they use real crab in the rangoons" The food and the portions are AWESOME!!!! Price per value we tend to get two meals out of one lunch special!!! There isnt any Asian food place that would cater to someone with food allergies the way they have me, and this I know because I LOVE Asian food and cant have it because of my allergies. If I could choose to eat any where its the Asian House! They are soo nice and food is great!!!!

Weve been ordering from Asian house (via Eatstreet) quite frequently lately. The food is great, portions are huge, and prices are low. Delivery is always prompt and drivers are friendly. They get our order right, down to the details and special requests. The food and experience is extremely consistent. Some of our favorite dishes: beef lo mein, dumplings, and the rib ends. Their rice is always perfectly cooked and fresh.

They took over an hour to bring my food I had 5 hungry kids waiting then when I tried to cancel the order the driver pounded on our door and woke up my 1 year old that had surgery this morning and then after we paid he refused to leave our property and called the cops stating he was threatened with a gun and all we did was ask him to leave the property

Ive tried a few Chinese take out places on the east side and Asian House is by far the best. They consistently have the best flavor and value. Favorites include the kung pow chicken, lo mein, shrimp with lobster sauce, Mongolian beef, beef broccoli, hot and sour soup,egg drop wonton soup, and steamed dumplings. Delivery is prompt as well.

Ordered on grub hub and delivery took forever. Food was terrible. Sesame chicken was all breading and no chicken. Almond chicken was all celery and little tiny pieces of chicken, like sprinkle size. Also gave me wicked gas. Food terrible. Service slow. Bad gas. No like.

I wish i could rate them zero stars the food was disgusting i ate two bites then my boyfriend tried to finish it and he couldnt the fried rice wasnt even fried and the delivery guy demanded a tip they were very rude will never order from them again

Took an hour and a half to get my food and they forgot the rice. Called to ask them to bring it but they said all they can do is give me a credit on my next order. Not sure Ill bother ordering from here again.

Best Chinese food in this area! I order about once a month. Their online ordering is great and is always delivered quickly. My favorite dish is the Chicken Chow Mei Fun and the crab rangoons! Always delicious!
