Have to try this place twice. When I went in July 17, there was road construction going on, but that did not stop the restraunt from being open. Pictures below are Pho Thai soup with extra meat, and the egg rolls. Also a capture of the crowd during my first visit. The service is pretty good, depending on the number of people inside, it can take a minute to get the server/hostest attention for menus. The soup was great. They also serve the pho with a plate of raw vegies, ie bean sproutes and green peppers. The egg rolls were crispy and tasted fresh. Over all, recommend giving a try if you like Pho soup or want to try for the first time.

Me and my family came here to eat and we waited 2 hours for are food and are food still did not come out and then we asked the owner if are food was ready and he said "you guys can go if you want" and when they give us are food my mom asked for chopsticks for one of the workers and he puts right up to my mom face a pan of spoons, chopsticks, and forks that just got clean but the water they cleaned it with was dirty DONTT COME HERE EVER

Like most authentic spots, this restaurant is older and not very clean but the food is pretty good. I prefer a nearby restaurant instead though: "Fortune Pho 75". They have younger/nicer staff than Kim Longs. Their portions are larger, they have greater selection, better pho and fresher vegetables. I still come to Kim Longs when it is convenient but I prefer Fortune Pho 75.

DO NOT COME HERE!! it takes an hour for the food to come out and the chef is rude. we asked if our food was ready and the chef told us that we could leave if we wanted to. its bad service and the food isnt even satisfactory. do not come here if you want to eat good food because this place is a waste of time. there were roaches everywhere and its honestly disgusting.

Wonder Pho, great price, they were very generous on the fresh herbs and bean sprouts and the broth was perfect. The spring rolls were so good, fresh with crisp veggies on the inside, and soft chewy rice paper outside. Sweet and salty peanut sauce for the spring rolls was amazing!!! We also got a beef veggie stir fry and my husband said the mushrooms were the best.

Service sucks and so does the pho. Im sorry but me and my family came in waited 20 min and Noone ever came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink I had to get up and take our on order . And waited another hour for food again had to get up and ask them where the food was and they didnt even know that weve been waiting for our food

Dead and dying roaches in the womens restroom. Food was decent but did have a hair that was clearly not mine. I went to the restroom after I had eaten or else probably wouldnt have ordered. The hair in food and roaches dying in the bathroom make me seriously question the how clean the kitchen was.

Friend and I went there at 5 pm 4 other tables were eating. We waited 20 mins no menu no one asked if we wanted anything to drink. I made eye contact with the servers and we were totaly ignored. So we left, this is the second time this has happened to us at Kim long. And it will be the last.

Food was really good. Didnt really care a lot about the neighborhood. We ordered food to go because we were staying at the IP. Will go back again and I strongly recommend. Had two orders of Vietnamese Egg Rolls, beef soup, grilled chicken dinner.

I love this place. The food is always so fresh and delicious. If youre not familiar with that kind of food they are very willing to explain out to you. Be aware the portions are large.Just be careful about how spicy you order it. Hot really means hot!

We were staying at the Beau Rivage and this was a nice convenient place up the road. The food was great! Large Portions and good price. The service was okay, we had to wait a while and the restaurant wasnt the cleanest. Would definitely go back.

First time visiting and was reserved for a large party. The food quality was ok but they ended up taking a long time to get my friends meal to the table. The counters were really sticky and cleanliness could have been improved.

Very big portion sizes for the soups! They bring you a plate of fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, & lime to add to the soup, and those fresh ingredients make it taste all the better. The spring rolls were very yummy as well.

The food is tasty and comes in large proportions (especially the Pho). Last week, I had the yellow curry chicken and pad king sod, and they are both great dishes. The Thai tea is delicious as well.

I ordered a seafood Pho. They gave me 2 shrimps in the bowl. The Pho tasted like water and I had to pay $12 for that. The worst Vietnamese restaurant in the US.
