*** Im going to pre-face this negative review by stating that posting negative reviews to social media is not something I make a habit of doing as I like to give the offending establishment a chance to make things right. If they arent willing to correct or acknowledge their mistake, then bad reviews happen so that other people are aware of the risk of being burned. I made on online order at 9:00am for lunch to be delivered to me at my company at 11:30 am (the start of my 30 min lunch). I called at 11:40am when I hadnt yet seen the delivery driver and spoke to a young woman at the restaurant who informed me that they hadnt yet made my order. When I pointed out that I made a lunch order at 9:00am, she said that they dont open until 11. I mentioned that they may want to change their website as it clearly shows at the bottom of the directions page that theyre open from 8am to 8pm Monday thru Friday. I then asked her what they would do to make up for this completely avoidable situation and for my food being late, and she told me that they dont give discounts on Friday so theres nothing she can/will do. When my food did arrive, at 11:58am, leaving me 2 whole mins. to eat, it was so-so/OK. I had the philly cheese steak; Ive had worse, but Ive also had better. At least the delivery driver was sympathetic and offered an apology; much more than the woman I talked to on the phone. All in all, I was extremely disappointed with my first and only experience with this restaurant. There are other Greek themed restaurants in the area that, in my opinion, have much better customer service. I cant really comment on the food as I only had one generic item, but quality of food doesnt matter much to me if the service is less than poor. I recommend spending your $ at a Greek style restaurant that appreciates their customers as this one seems to be hit or miss, especially if youre looking for a delivered lunch.

The first time I had Yappy Greek, I had it delivered and I instantly fell in love with the greek fries and the mario sandwich. The second time I decided to go get my food so I can check out the staff and the cleanliness of the place. OMG...the staff was so friendly and warm. I was greeted with smiles and welcomes. The best part was how clean and cozy the restaurant was. They cook the food right up front for you to see, I seen the chef change his gloves often, and you definitely get your moneys worth. I was sooo impressed.... Im hooked.

Wait times were unbearable. 20 minutes to get our order in after only getting 2 of our 3 drinks and waiting 5 minutes for the 3rd. Then after eating 15 more minutes went by until getting our ckecks and another 10 to be able to sign them. The meat was good on the gyro and the ingredients were proportioned well. Thats the only reason for a 2nd star. I will not return to this place.

Was on my home quick from my internship and have been eyeing this place for weeks and am sure glad I tried it! I ordered the Mario with a salad. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant really makes it feel like I was back on the Mediterranean. Will definitely be trying before moving home at the end of my internship.

A good place for a quick bite to eat. The menu and ordering was easy to understand and had a variety of options available. Service also had a quick turnaround even during a busy lunch hour. Excellent food, especially for the price. The 4 star rating is only for slight cleanliness issues (sticky menu and table).

One of the best Greek places in Columbus, and it is the epitome of fast-casual spots. Awesome atmosphere, family owned and operated and the owner is the first one to make sure you are satisfied with your meal. Love this place, I just wish my waistline would let me eat it several times a day.

Yappy Greek is the best Greek food in Columbus by far. The quality is fantastic. Love the banana peppers on the Gyros and the seasoning on the fries is amazing! I always ask for extra and it turns the fries from good to "WOW!" Also, a great price point on the food!

Im very familiar with geek food and eat it often but let me tell you... This must be the best Ive ever had! Very affordable, nice portion sizes and so good. Probably the best spinach pie Ive ever had!! Added bonus you see the owner working and hes very welcoming

Humble surroundings but 5 star food. Falafel appetizer was perfect; calimari was tender, maybe a little more on volume would have been nice. Mediterranean chicken with grilled veggies, rice and yogurt dip with pita bread was absolutely delicious.

Food is always hot and fresh every time Ive been here, The salmon salad is amazing - thick slab of well seasoned fish with fresh veggies. Stuffed grape leaves here are also a favorite as well

Decent food, decent service and good lunch specials. The salads are huge, way too big for lunch, their gyro sauce has a nice garlic base. Parking can be iffy at lunch time.
