I love Banzo Shuk. The pros: sweet potato falafel is softer and more moist inside than the regular falafel; Pickle Relish bar and condiment bar (all the tahini and chili sauce you could ask for!); friendly and helpful staff; vegan/veg and non-veg options (including vegan cashew baklava!). Cons: the seating indoors is cafe style (hard to not feel in the way). Homemade chips and sweet potato falafel is a yummy, indulgent snack or meal!

I have always loved the food here, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb kebab. The meat was so undercooked that you could consider it raw. I am not one to eat much meat but on occasion I like it, needless to say, I will be very hesitant to order meat again from these folks. But generally I think their food is very good.

Really enjoyable place for a surprisingly good lunch. The kitchen for the food cart as well as its own stand-alone restaurant. This is really cool Middle-Eastern fusion. You have to try it to believe it. The atmosphere is very casual, and the space is quite bright and cheery.
