Leaving two stars due to the Rapid Pick Up service at this store. I highly recommend thoroughly checking the entire order prior to leaving the restaurant. I normally love the rapid pick up option and use it quite a bit for work functions (its easy, and theres an option for everyone). However, the last 2 times Ive used the option at the location, Ive had issues. The first instance, the order was close to 10 minutes past my request time before it was ready, and part of the order wasnt included. Being late to my next appointment, I didnt stop to check, which I take responsibility for, but still disappointing. The second, they were on time, but several of the sandwiches were burned on the bottom. Luckily, most were somewhat salvageable, but one was not edible. All items were in the order, but my mistake was not checking the condition this time around. Still willing to give this location a chance, but rather disappointed with the service so far. Lesson learned: thoroughly check your order, every time!!!

Right off Veterans on the South side, seems they are generally always busy, but they are efficient in getting you through the line both inside and drive thru. Love the You Pick 2 of soup/salad/sandwich. Breakfast items are good, better than McD and SB. Occasionally mess the order up, i.e. including sandwich sauce when asked not to, and out of some bakery items around dinner time sometimes. Staff is friendly.

Customer service is very poor. Employees constantly incorrectly taking orders. Drive through very slow. One employee rolled her eyes when I told here she gave me the wrong order. Then responded with that is what it says on the recipt. A reocurring theme on multiple visits. Not worth it

This store has come under new management recently and the service has greatly improved: faster, better, and friendly. I highly recommend this store for a tasty, quality meal and for the customer service. Also, if you need catering, this is the place to go.

I like Panera. The food is good and the dining area is clean. I like the free wifi. The food is just too pricey for what you get. If I am really in the mood for their food, that is fine. But it will never make my list of places to eat on a whim.

I have always loved the good at Panera. Vegan perspective, they have a seasonal salad that is still very delicious, and had yummy dressing.
