A good of 8 people, along with myself came in on a Friday night. We expected a wait to be seated which was fine. We were seated after about 20 minutes. At first, the server, Destiny, was fine. She greeted us nicely and even recommended drinks. We ordered our drinks and a couple of appetizers. We then ordered our food. The food was okay, it was not as great as we expected. I got the net catch which consisted of boiled shrimp, potatoes, sausage, carrots, and celery. The shrimp were quite difficult to peel, i was later explained to by a friend that that meant that the shrimp were boiled for too long. We all finished our dinner. We then waited 15 to 20 minutes before Destiny, our server, decided to prepare the checks. She went around the table to each person and wrote down everything we ate and drank (Im a server at a steakhouse, that is one thing you dont do!) She then went to a computer to separate the proper checks, it took her over 30 minutes to bring us our checks (which were not correct) charging people for things they did not order. After the second time of doing this, she then says, "Im so confused right now, i dont know what i did wrong." Highly inappropriate to tell the table you are serving. After the third time, we were all fed up with it and just paid for our food, (the checks were still not correct) The food is highly over-priced with not great quality at all! After an experience like that, I would not recommend anyone to Bubba Gumps. My boyfriend and I decided that we will never be going back! Terrible service with not so great food is not worth going back ever again!

I used to work here and all I can say is I met some absolutely wonderful people. I absolutely loved this place. As a server we do our absolute BEST to fulfill the need and wants with the guest. The mangers are the sweetest people along with the chefs and servers. They are like family to me. It is a very family oriented place. Definitely a place if you are a Forest Gump movie fan. The servers are trained to place trivia about the movie and garenteed to make you laugh and have fun. It is a well relaxed place and great for parties and just a date. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, along with the food. I definitely recommend you to check it out. The restaurant itself is a non-smoking and a non-vapping restaurant. They have a patio over the pool if you would rather eat outside. It is DEFINITELY worth the time and money. If you dont like seafood it is not a problem. They also sell ribs, steak, and hamburgers. If anything goes wrong the server and/or manager will go out of their way to help solve the problem. Love this place!!!

The family loves this place! We came on a busy Saturday night but were able to walk right in and sit. We requested a booth and the hostess informed us a group had just gotten up and she was about to go clean it. It took her no time at all and we were seated very quickly. Our server Mark was awesome. He had great knowledge of the menu, was very quick and efficient, and even did some trivia with us. The kids got some cool cups that light up and made their meal a little more exciting. The food was delicious. We tried a little bit of everything. I greatly recommend the skewers and my husband loved his burger. The kids got pizza and chicken tenders. The restaurants atmosphere was very family friendly and is smoke free. We grabbed some quirky $10 t-shirts and some candy bars on the way out. Even though there were quite a few people in the gift shop the only sales girl present was able to run to the back and grab a size for my daughter.

The food was great and our server was great... The manager however NOT great! Me, my husband and our kids went for my b day dinner. My youngest is 18 months (needs high chair) they sat us in a booth. When asked to move to an open table next to us... The manager tells us she kindof had it reserved and we couldnt have a high chair because of where we were sitting she then walked away! We were finally given a high chair TWO to be exact, one stacked on top of the other because my son couldnt reach or even see the table. They were placed right in the middle of the server walk way! After food started arriving we were offered a table on the other side of the resturaunt that I declined. (That should have been done 30 min ago) we got our food and ate and left.. The empty table right next to us STAYED EMPTY the entire time!!!!!!

This is a pretty good themed restaurant in the area. It is inside the Golden Nugget Biloxi casino. One thing you need to be aware of is that the casino is not smoke free, even though the restaurant is. The air filtration systems do a pretty good job of masking the fact that people are smoking inside the casino. It can get crowded at times so if you are not a Landrys select member be prepared for a wait. The outside seating has great views of probably one of the best pools of in the area. The food and service have always been above average when Ive been there, & I would say that this is a pretty good place if you have young kids as there are things to keep them occupied while they wait.

Friendly hosts most of the time. Fast food prep and service, and just like mamas cooking and portions. Pepsi co. Products and they actually know what an Arnold Palmer is. A well stocked bar, patio with gorgeous pool views, and an energizing atmosphere for travelers and locals alike. If you dont like shrimp or you have an allergy, they have plenty other food options like burgers, steaks, red beans and rice, soup, po boys with oyster or catfish, and awesome dessert options. Cool kitschy decor and themed booths add character to the already homey atmosphere. Great for the kids, or party animals.

Terrible hospitality. Security guard at golden nugget would not even let us in to simple dine at this restaurant because we are not yet 21. Should post this on their page. Considering it says "family friendly" dining atmosphere but wont even let my friends and I who are almost 21 in. And he worst part is that we were able to get in last year and was looking forward to dining here on our summer vacation. Only reason I even gave it two stars is because the food was really good last year.

I was in a group of 8. The restaurant seemed well run with nice employees, other than having 2 babies and having to ask for a high chair. Our waiter was very friendly with a few too many "baby"s for my taste... It made my partner uncomfortable which made me uncomfortable. The food was not very good. We had a wide variety and the only thing that I would eat again are the seafood hush puppies. Captain Gorton, I believe they are using your fish sticks, you might want to check that out.

I am visiting and we made a reservation. Mind you, my friends and I between the ages 20-18. We were not informed that we had to be 21 or have an escort to enter the casino to even get to the restaurant. When we entered the casino to ask how to get to the restaurant one of the bouncers got verbally aggressive and was unwilling to inform us of what to do besides get out. So if any one is under 21 or if you are under 21 and do mot have an escort you cannot eat here.
