Normally a typical fast food restaurant, small issues with dinning area cleanliness and customer friendly smiles. BUT TODAY!!! The staff, other than the manager, seemed as if they had no care for the facility and customer tact. The drink station had the napkins and employee cleaning cloths all over it. The tables and booths were wiped down with dirty high chlorinated water. A wipe with a clean napkins reviled a dark yellowish brown film. The cashier had troubles with the order and the other employees seemed to busy to watch over and help her... only 5 customers total in the building and just one in drive thru. The manager was taking drive thru... BK review your cameras and listen to this manager, Im betting there is more to this story in the kitchen....

Hit or miss. Overall, the employees arent nice enough. Drastic difference compared to McDonalds. Closer management could probably save them. Food quality is very inconsistent. They make you back up at the ordering window to cheat their corporate service timer. Worst of all, they usually take my credit card and then ask me to back up away from the window, leaving my credit card unattended. I wont do that.

Location closes at 3am. In drive thru to place order at 2:50am, employee tells me they close at 3. Inform them OK, its 250, Im ready to place my order. Employee tells me everything is closed down for the night. Ridiculous, and wont be back.

I went to burger king in long beach ms around 4 am and the cashier had a rude attitude because i had added a drink to my order at the window. i work grave shift and i understand the frustration but dont bring it to work .

Joke the people cant even cook fast food. Hire people that can take an order and get what you ask for. Been there 5 times order has been wrong and cold.
