I was there for lunch today and I was riding with a co-worker whom apparently the general manager had a problem with. As we go to the drive thru window the manager+(Terrance) realizes that it was my friend and took MY money saying that my friend wasnt getting his change. I advised him that it was not my friends change and that it was mine and he stated that he didnt care and closed the window. Meanwhile the drive thru line is around the corner. We then pull around and he comes outside and tells my friend if he wasnt at work he would shoot him!!! At this point I am amazed that someone would appoint someone so wreckless to be in charge of their restaurant. And on top of that, think of the numerous ways that this situation could have went wrong with a store full of people. This is just ridiculous.

7-02-2015 @ 0918 hours went to taco bell placed my order at the drive through stated what I wanted when I got my order it was not right. the young lady working the window was so rude. I stated to her my order was not correct. she stated that once she gave me the order she couldnt take it back and slam the window and walked away.. I waited for her to return to the window to show her what I had did not match my receipt... the young lady started yelling and was so irate... just bad service,, Never will I go to taco bell in Collierville.Ipaid for what I wanted not what she wanted me to have. Will talk to the manager

They ALWAYS close before the scheduled time, even when you call ahead. Store # 3598 in Collierville is THE WORST customer service. Dont waste your time. However to ANY other location than this one. Rude, orders are wrong and they ALWAYS close earlier than scheduled! I was literally in line and called at 12:40 am to see if they were open, she said "Yes, for now" As soon as the person in front of me received their order (12:46) , I sat and waited and asked if they were open. No response. I keep my cousins and they love Taco Bell, but this location is horrible. Home made and HEALTHIER Tacos from now on.

Usually really good service at this location. This is no reflection of the customer service or the food quality, but people REALLY need to learn how to use the drive through. Half of the times I visit this location, 2 people have gone the lazy route to the drive through and completely clog up the entire parking lot and spill out into the side street. All it takes is 2 cars to mess the entire site up, especially at lunchtime. Circle the building and get in line!

This taco bell has never gotten my order right. They usually do not give you a receipt. When you try to get your order corrected all you get is attitude because of their mistake and your order is wrong again. Plan to be in the drive thru 20-30 minutes or more. The only reason they get one star is because this website requires atleast one to post a review

I wilk be calling corparate on the manager tonight who refused to give her name as well as closing the business earlier than the scheduled time. She also apparently didnt care that she was being reported on. Ive been a customer at this establishment for over 20 years and Ive never encountered this type of business at this location!!!!!!!!!!

You can never get a freeze here because the machine is perpetually broken. I think dog vomit is more appetizing than the food here. You think it would be better considering you have to wait fifteen minutes for two tacos. Avoid at all cost!!!!

They cant tell time. Stop serving breakfast at their own discretion instead of advertised posted times. Rarely do they get the whole order right.. especially through the drive through.

Doesnt follow the hours of operation and will begin cleaning 20-30 minutes early and will refuse service even though you arrive before close.
