I am an Orlando local and dont get me wrong, I have always liked the food at BWW. I stopped here with some friends from out of town. I can tell you that if it wasnt for the fact that this restaurant is in a prime location for tourism in the Downtown Disney area Id be surprised that it stayed in business. We arrived at 4:45pm and did not see a server for drinks until 5. There were plenty of servers around and the restaurant was moderately busy but there was no wait and still plenty of empty tables. They arrived with the drinks and forgot my fiancé s water. Ok, no big deal, it happens. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and it took 30 minutes to come out. Two minutes later, our entrees come out. So much for an appetizer? The food comes out they forget my fiancé s entire order. As if it was never written down. Ok getting a little frustrated at this point. The food was decent. I wont bash the food over service. I dont understand how much a place can mess things up on one group of people. They didnt bring celery or carrots with any order of wings. Didnt say it came with that on the menu? Since my fiancé is in the hospitality industry and works for concierge on Disney property, we eat at restaurants in the area constantly. The manager here did not once come over to apologize. I never expect anything free but an apology would be appreciated.

It has been quite some time since I have visited a Buffalo Wild wings but my friends and I decided to try them out on our lunch hour. We were sat immediately and our server seemed friendly enough. She made some good suggestions based on the express lunch offerings. Once we placed our order the wait was minimal, maybe 10 minutes and everything looked delicious. When we first arrived we were the only patrons in the restaurant but by the time we received our orders it had started to piuck up but not enough for the service level to drop like it did. Of the 3 of us in our group, I was the only one that ordered something other than water to drink. When our server came over, my friend asked for more water and she never asked if anyone else needed anything, while my glass was almost empty, plus she was gone before I could say anything. When she came back my mouth was full and she dropped of the water and was on to the table behind us. At this point my glass was empty and she was standing right infront of it. It wasnt until she dropped off our checks that I was finally able to ask for a refill. Sadly, even though the food was decent, maybe next time I will just get it to go.

Poor Service! We entered the restaurant and were seated immediately. I excused myself to use the restroom and, while I was away, waiter approached the table and took drink orders. He was informed that food orders couldnt be given at that time as I was in the washroom and they were unsure of what I wanted. He was asked to come back in a few moments. After I returned to the table, our waiter passed by our table several times, looked at us, but didnt stop to take our order even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant. We waited 15-20 minutes longer and still no service. I stood up to see if I could see our server anywhere and saw him standing by the bar, drinking a beverage, and texting on his phone!! I decided to go to the front of the house where I saw three waitresses leaning against the wall chatting amongst themselves. I asked if anyone was going to serve my table? The waitress then went to get my server for me. With only three tables in the restaurant at that time, and no less than six employees walking (or shall i say standing) around, service should have been way better.

The food was on par with other B-dubs but for the number of staff on the floor for a late week night, our waitress was beyond slow with everything from refills to bringing to-go boxes and the check. I understand that once a waitress starts assisting a table they want to provide service from beginning to end in order to keep the whole tip, but if it means a compromised level of service and attention, as a manager, I would have assigned someone else to step in and assist her, and as a waitress, asked for some backup and split the tip myself, if needed. There is never an excuse for poor service in a half full restaurant when you have 4 or 5 staff members standing around cracking jokes and having private conversations, especially not in front of guests. Of course, with that being said, the kids each love getting their own tablet and its still a better option than paying double the price for comparable food at Disney Springs. Personally though, Fuddruckers (in the same plaza) is hands down a better deal all around - time, quality, service and price.

It was very pleasing to find a Buffalo Wild Wings near Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World. Located in the Crossroads shopping center, only a tiny sign is visible from State Road 535. My meal consisted of buffalo wings coated with the Asian and Mango Habanero sauces along with one pound of their ribs. The ribs were absolutely fantastic with a smoky flavor, yet juicy to bite into with lots of meat. Famous for their varieties of hot wing sauces, I really didnt find either the Asian nor the Mango Habanero sauces to be particularly spicy. Ordering wings by the quantity, the quality of the wings was very good. While the Buffalo Wild Wings locations have a sports bar atmosphere to them with banners and big screen TVs, the locations are quite family friendly. The food doesnt have to be ordered with hot sauce and the finger-food appeal is there for kids and big kids alike. Daily specials are offered in addition to happy hour. This location also offers sweet tea for those Southerners familiar with the sweetened ice tea.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!! The service was absolutely horrible. Not only did it take us 15 mins to get service, the bartenders continued to make drinks for people who already had drinks in front of them. Isis the bartender continued to ignore us and act like we werent standing there, and continuously went to serve and talk to the same people!!! When I finally decided to wave down a bartender, ashley says " this isnt my bar" and walked away. So we went over to "her bar" and it still took another 7 mins! I work in the restaurant Buisness and you dont do things like! Around 1:30 we went to get one more drink and another bartender says theyre closed. Meanwhile I watched people get served for another 10 mins after we walked away. It was also my friends 21st and she was wearing a pin stating so, so you would think they would want to give her a great time!

Went in to watch the Texas college football game and eat. We were seated pretty quickly. My husband and I were both wearing alabama crimson tide shirts and hats we sit down our waiter comes over and talks to us about the bama game the night before and proceeds to tell is he doesnt like our team (whatever I can handle a little friendly teasing). We order ( he did not write it down) and when our food comes out he forgot our fried pickles. He says he forgot the put the order in for them. During our dinner he comes over and talks to my husband about the game and how pretty Texas cheerleaders are. My husband says not as pretty as bama girls (cause hello thats where were from obviously) the waiter laughs and says your crazy. We had to flag him down for drinks repeatedly. Over all we were very dissatisfied with the service food was OK pretty normal for Bdubs.
