I used to go here with my family when I was younger but my husband had never been here so we decided to try it out. We arrived around 6:30 with no wait time to be seated. We sat in large arm chairs. After ordering we received our salads. The croutons were amazing. The balsamic dressing was good but the salad was overly soaked in it which made it slightly inedible for both of us. My husband got spaghetti with meat sauce. It had very little sauce on it, once mixed in it still looked like a sad amount. I got the angel hair Pom. When I got it I quickly realized I had spaghetti noodles not angel hair. The flavor was great and my plate had more than enough sauce on it. I also got the strawberry pomegranate drink, it was a slightly stronger tasting alcoholic drink but still sweet and I really enjoyed it. Then at the end of the meal you get a free scoop of ice cream which is amazing, I wish every restaurant gave free ice cream.

Aw,cmon. You asked 3 times...garlic bread or plain ....on a simple simple simple takeout. Got it Wrong. I realize its not a big thing....BUT youre trying to be a chain in the most competitive market...fast italian. And dont even try to say a little more sauce. There are a THOUSAND grandmothers and mothers in the front end of their grandsons establishment to ensure you have enough gravy/sauce for dipping that bread. Im actually sorry this isnt working...go to ypur Italian best friend from high schools grandmas house and tip her..... or buy her a robo vac thingie on Amazon or somerhing and kiss her...and ask her to love forever..P.S. my vision board(hahaha) was to dip garlic bread in sauce..without involving Paul Newman and a jar....and letting grandma have her much deserved rest

Its been quite a long time since I was in an Old Spaghetti Factory, like 15yrs or better, and it wasnt what I remembered. Maybe we hit the server on a bad night but literally from the moment we were seated to when we had the bill signed was 23 minutes. I guess great for someone if youre busy, but for someone that wants to sit and talk and enjoy their meal, not so much. Felt totally rushed. And the food..well mine was way bland and my boyfriends was very salty. I could have made better spinach tortellini from the frozen food section at Safeway, sorry. I guess it was a good thing we were rushed, couldnt enjoy the meal anyway. We wont be going back.

Im not exactly sure why people feel the need to compare American Italian restaurants with real Italian restaurants. Ive eaten at restaurants all over Italy and they are on average pretty bland, with very small portions compared to most Italian restaurants in America. Italian restaurants in America are a completely different animal. I really like Old Spaghetti Factory, and I love their mizithra. The food is served in large portions and the atmosphere is inviting for both a small family dinner or a large party. I know other Italians who bash this place - but they like Olive Garden and I cant stand that place, so go figure. To each his own!

Just sat at a table for almost 12 minutes with not one wait staff acknowledged our presence. I did let someone know at the front check in area and was told theyd send our server right over. After waiting an additional 5 minutes...still no server. There were however, plenty of servers to gather and sing Happy Birthday. Super disappointed in Spaghetti Factory. Service is normally good, but not tonight. I can honestly say have never went out to eat and sat at a table for 10 or more minutes without some acknowledgement and a glass of water. :-( We left and decided to take out business elsewhere.

The milkshakes and bread are good. The wait staff is good, the food is subpar, lets start with the salad, it was not just cold but almost frozen, we asked for it with ranch, they dont have ranch but there own pesto "ranch " dressing which to be quite honest was pretty flavorless, the lasagna was the best, buy thats not saying much as even that is not very good, the garlic shrimp fettuccini has a weird taste to the sauce and the Alfredo was just bland, walked out spending 60 bucks for a dinner for 2, not even close to a 60 dollar meal. Youre better off sticking to the olive garden

Take my boys here periodically as a simple treat. The employees are great and friendly. The food is simple but good. I bring my young boys for the experience. We sit in a booth in the train in the middle. Its pretty cool. Kids meals are $5.99 which include salad and their small ice cream. Its not bad and the kids like the time here. Dont come here expecting a fine Italian restaurant. The dinners are like $11 for adults and pretty hearty. For what the place is, its a 4-5 stars.

This place is excellent for ambiance and food. Theyre usually busy, especially on weekends, so expect a wait, but if youre by yourself, a spot in the bar is acceptable, and three full menu is available in the bar. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because theyve become a bit too pricy over the last few years, with their appetizers being notoriously overpriced. Other than that, a good place to visit.

One of the nicest chain restaurants around, always the same great service and excellent food. There is a reason the Old Spaghetti Factory has done so well and has so many places around the States and now in Canada too. I love the cheese filled hats with half and half sauce, the warm sourdough bread loaf and included drink, salad and dessert, a super value for a quick meal or family get together.

I give it 5 stars for ambience, 4 for service, but 1 for food. The salad was simply wet lettuce, the spaghetti strangely resembled Cambels, and you could cut through a rock faster than you could cut thought the bread. However, it was very cheap. If I were 13 and wanted to take my girlfriend out for dinner on the MEGA cheap, this would be my choice.

Fun decor - reminded me of Hogwarts! Absolutely delicious food, with gluten free and vegetarian options. Great service. And a good choice for celebrations - I enjoyed my first time visit going in a group for a friends birthday. Our competent and friendly waitress had no problem answering questions, combining checks and separating the few individual checks.

The service at this restaurant was amazing! The food is delicious and prices were very reasonable. I was amazed at the quality of service we received at this place, I had to check my calendar to see if we had gone back in time to a time when service mattered. Great place for a family meal, a lot of room and great food! I will be back again and again!

My son and I have been coming here for the past 5 years. Even though we live next to foodie central, Portland, we still come here. 1 mile from our house and still the best Italian food in the area and beyond. Amazing wine selection, fresh food, great flavors, and the most amazing staff.

If you like hospital food this is the place for you. The worst excuse for Italian food on the planet. Amazes me every time I pass this place and see people waiting in line for what they consider "Italian food". Id rather crack open a can of Franco American then go back.
