Youre probably thinking right now, why three stars when the food is very tasty? I love eating at Taco Bell, dont misunderstand me. Its not the quality that is bothersome but rather the accuracy of the order itself. Time and time again orders that have been ordered by my family have always for the majority, have been wrong, last example would be a few days ago, when my step-father ordered an item from the menu (God forbid, I dont remember) and he specifically ordered that item without sour cream or guacamole, and yet when he got home and sat down to open his meal, the item had those things on it. My order tends to be wrong too for some of the times. I always order the Doritos Locos Taco, and get the supreme without tomatoes, and I sometimes get tomatoes on my tacos and sometimes I wouldnt get tomatoes and sour cream, even though I wanted sour cream on the tacos. So my advice to anyone who goes here would be to always double check your food before leaving every time. This is an absolute must until accuracy of the orders have been improved.

Every. Single. Time. EVERY TIME, we come through their drive through the food is wrong. There is sour cream when we said none, order hardshell tacos and they are SOGGY. TONIGHT? Ordered the Naked Chicken Box deal. It was right on the screen, yet we get half way home and the husband opens the box to find no chicken chips at all, but some regular tortilla chips and cheese. Turn around and go back and the manager tried to blame the cashier ringing it up wrong. Its right on the receipt. Why throw the girl under the bus? Every few weeks I keep thinking, its been a while, maybe it wont be a giant waste this time... and every time I am proven horribly wrong. Just go to the Taco Bell on Pacific, the food is almost never wrong. After living in Olympia for a year now I can count on one hand weve had a problem with our food and we go to taco bell three times a week.

Very poor customer service. They refuse to substitute plain tomatoes instead of fiesta salsa without adding an additional $0.30. When asked why they say "the computer cant do that" and when I stated that its not a problem at other taco bells, they stated "well we are a franchise and they must be corporate" When asked for the owners name and number they refuse to provide any information. In addition they mess up the orders more often than they get it right. I ordered 2 steak stuffed burritos and got 1 steak and 1 chicken, even though I was charged for 2 steak!

During the last power outage, Taco Bell was the only restaurant open in the area. With a 30 minutes wait time, the staff stayed friendly and professional. When customers offered to help re stock the front (hot sauce, cups and lids, napkins), the staff thanked them with drinks and extra eats. The atmosphere was almost festive as local folks all talked about the weather and waited for their food. The staff and customers all worked together so all got fed. Jesus Christ would be proud!

Rude a$$ employee told me she couldnt substitute meats. Then flaunted to her coworker that she could she just didnt feel like it right in front of me. They get paid minimum wage for a reason, and they are hiring for that exact reason. I would have fired her on the spot for being so lazy to not hit two buttons on the screen. Funny thing was she didnt even ring me up her new hire was. Good idea to teach new hires to be lazy lmao

20 minutes in drive thru and they got my order wrong even though I only ordered one thing. I pulled around by the door, they brought one out to me and I started eating it and it was wrong also (had meat instead of beans). Went inside and they made another and this was right but the cheese wasnt even melted. "Oh, our steamer isnt working well". YOU HAD ONE ITEM.

I really wanted a soft taco, and taco bell couldnt provide this for me because they didnt have beef. I cant believe an establishment such as taco bell ran out of beef, its like mcdonalds running out of hamburger patties. Should just close down. The wait was also completely absurd. 20 minutes for a drink and one "non beef" food item. I wont be returning.

I am on a weird diet for a healthy issue and my husband wanted some taco bell when I told the girl about my diet she was able to help me find a few items that would help me stay on track while not tasting like cardboard. The food came out hot and exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely return!

There is always a wait at this location. And by wait I mean more than 15 minutes to get through the drive through. Last time it was about 12 minutes to get through and the time before that was 32 minutes!!!! Not sure if staff needs to be retrained or simply more employees are needed but dang!

Every time I go to this tacobell, it is exceptionally slow to prepare the food. I and many other customers were angry when they closed the inside on taco day because they didnt have enough employees. There was no signage or anything saying that they were closing the inside or why.

Omg. Just Horrible. I love me some bell every once in a while... and I understand the concept of waiting... BUT 15 minutes for 2 tacos and a chalupa... COME ON!! There was no one at the front counter to complain about the wait times because they were all in the back...

Waited in drive thru line for 35 minutes tonight. Once you are in line you can not get out. I have been in the food service industry for 25 years and have never seen this happen. This will be the last time I will ever go to Taco Bell. Once burnt will never return.

Worst taco bell ever. The employees seem to have no supervision or a lock of professionalism. Even for fast food. The food is fine, however you will wait much longer than you might be a custom to. It is the only one around for me so I have no other choice.

Cashier was friendly and patient with our 6 kids, but the place was filthy. Dirty tables and highchairs. Lobby needed swept. As we say eating we watched 3 different people bring back their food that was wrong. Our order was accurate though.

11 minutes to get through with only 4 cars ahead of me. Repeated my order 3 times still got the wrong thing. Drink was waterdowned. Next two request replacement drink discontinued. Final drink also under syruped. Worst visit ever.

Normally a very good taco bell today I went in and got my usual 3 soft shells tacos and for some reason they put tomoates on all of them and by the time I found out it was too late I guess no lunch for me today.

I need to find another taco bell closer, just about every visit my order is not correct and they are very slow service. The employees, I feel have and I dont care attitude. Just a sad example of Taco Bell.
