First visit there was a while ago. Slow to get food through drive through. When I got home my order was missing items. Tonight was their second chance. Service was again slow. They only open one window. Person taking order didnt get the order right. Told them at the window. She added the burger in but tried to charge for each item separate instead of combo price. Got her to correct that. Then asked us to pull around and wait for burger. We declined pulling around. While waiting for burger discovered no ice in the iced tea. Had that fixed. Got the food and pulled away. The curly fries were very overcooked and crunchy, inedible. Burger was fine. There will be no third chance for this Jack in the Box.

Day shift is pretty good. Ive been using this store and store on Wheaton way for 3 years now, Kitsap way store is better than Wheaton way but not by much. Ask for diet dr. pepper and they give me diet coke. Simple? Right? Not for the night shift. I order egg rolls and get them cooked in OLD grease, soggy, nearly black, unfit to eat--not once, not twice, multiple times. On the night shift. I complain to the night manager and hes all polite and right well fix this... did they? Apparently not. Sad, you know? just simple drive through, simple order, guess simple minds cant get simple things right. What did I expect? duh! Go to Burger King up the road. Chances of getting it right there are better.

Went to the drive thru at 12am. When we pulled in there was one car In front of us who ordered over $20 worth of food (if you know jack in the box pricing that a large order). So instead of telling the customer to pull into a parking spot and have his food ran out to him they had me and the cars pilling up behind me wait In the drive thru line 15 minutes. So we FINALLY get up To the window to be greeted with the employee holding his fingers up signaling us to hold on. The employee did not say one single word to us for at LEAST 5 minutes of waiting at the window so at that point we just left. over a 20 minute wait for our $4 order of two drinks is ridiculous. They need to learn customer service.

Well! Here we are a little over a year later and once again the service and the consistency of the quality of the food leaves much to be desired; curly fries turn into half curly half regular; or you get bits and pieces like the bottom of the barrel with a couple of fresh curly fries on top; whats even worse is that this time when I ordered one thing and came home with something else that was awful; made a complaint on-line and never heard a word back. I am talking about going back day after day for -4 days at different times

I work nights and went here on my lunch break. I got in drive through @ 0354 and the was one car in drive-through just chatting over the intercom with the girl for 5 minutes! She finally told him to order before the computers turned off in 1 minute. He ordered 10 tacos. I pull up & she says she cant take my order because computers are down. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. They definitely shouldnt advertise "open 24 hours" if they close at 4 am.

This JITB is one of the worstworst I have every driven through, OR walked into. Theres a hugeneration wait every time, no matter what time of day, they get orders wrong quite often, and most of (but not all) of the staff range from well meaning but ineffective, to downright rude. Working fast food sucks, yes, but so does sitting and waiting for Quick Service.

Ordered four tacos, some Jr. bacon cheeseburgers and a French fry. Got two tacos, a small curly fry, and really messy burgers. Couldnt even eat the second taco because someone literally filled it with just taco sauce pouring out the top and sides of the shell. Waste of my money, will not be going there again.

Ive had good and bad here. Mostly though, it has just been bad. Food isnt fresh, employee uniforms are really dirty. One of the tables is out of order cuz of a roof leak. Curly fries are always broken and small, and never fresh. Plus, the curly fries are twice the price of everywhere else.

This place continues to be understaffed. Long waits and sometimes they close the dining room early because they dont have enough employees working. The cashiers have still been pleasant and the food fine to this point. It will be awhile before I try this location again.
