I ordered over $90.00 worth of pizza for my daughters birthday party. When I was ordering i explained what the pizzas were for as i was asking for advice on how much to order. I gave a delivery time and the complete address including the zip code, not sure why but i did give the zip code too. The party was for 3 hours and these 3 hours were planned out to allow for sufficient time for every activity including eating our pizza lunch. To my suprize Jersey Giant Pizza called me 5 minutes past delivery time stating they were driving up & down the street and could not find my address. I stated Ive lived here for 35 years and theres about 20 cars parked in front of the home as we were having a "party! After probing the man on the phone further I discovered they were in Spicewood Texas NOT Lake Travis area where I live! They stated they would be there as fast as possible. Lets just say I was not happy and I asked for a discount on my order due to their huge mistake and extremely late delivery (as they were in Spicewood TX with my pizza as we speak). Short Ending - they showed up over 1 hour late, with cold pizza, the pizza was extremely thin (had to hold the droopy pizza carefully), tasteless (even my guest were complaining) PLUS Jersey Giant Pizza refused my request for a discount. They actually said there was another address, same address i gave them in Spicewood Tx. I googled my address and this is not true. I paid full price for this! I do Not recommend Jersey Giant Pizza. Very disappointing!

Wont go back there. First and last time. Seems if you walk in and wait , theyll skip you in favor of orders called in. Told me 15 to 18 minutes at 25 minutes told me 8 more (the length of time it take to cook wings BTW) after 37 minutes, I finally see my food and the order is wrong, and its obvious they tried to correct the mistake. The manager has the nerve to tell me thats the way they make them, well if you dont make it the way I ask why dont you tell me when I order?! And when you pay with a credit card they ask for tip upfront... what ever happened to earning a tip? and tip for carry out?! what exactly am I tipping you for?

We just tried to use a coupon that was sent to us in email and the man at the cashier said he didnt know how to use it. When my husband questioned that he told him F**k You! my husband asked for the manager and was told that he was the manager. When my husband asked for the owner, he said he was the owners son. He said that yall dont need our business that you get plenty without us. I will never be back and will make sure everyone I know knows how you treat your customers!

Love the pizza. For me a big part of pizza is the crust and I love thiers. Also they have, not the norm pizzas to choose from. Owner and staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. All in all love stopping in and eating there pizza!

Super tasty pizza. Weve been getting pizza here at least once a week for over a year now. Paul and his staff are super friendly and, if you eat here as much as us, they know your name and order when you call. Love these guys.

The pizza was fairly good. The crust was thicker than I expected, I prefer thin crust more of a New York style but the pizza is still really good. I had the pizza delivered and it came very quickly and was still hot.
