Kelly at the cooper point location is the worst fast food worker I have ever come across and Im 44. She does not care about her customers whatsoever. I stopped through drive thru on Saturday 7/9 just after 6:00 am and no one greeted me at drive through so then I drove around to window and saw a female and a male both walking around and I was honking and knocking on window and they still ignored me. Finally at 6:08, Kelly came to the window and of course I was mad, thats what happens when you ignore your customers when you are supposed to be open. She argued with me that it was only 5:59...are you kidding me? First off, my phone and new 2016 computerized car said it was 6:08, but regardless even if you think its 5:59, you cant politely greet me and have me wait 1 freaking minute? I was on my way to work, this was my only chance for breakfast and then she refused to even serve me. I left in tears. She is horrible and cares absolutely nothing for her customers. She should be fired! Find another job where you dont work with customers. I will be submitting complaint to corporate as well as any regional manager.

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband had to pick me up off the ground due to having a severe spinal issues! Monday so he took me to the hospital! His phone died which has the store number where he worked so he couldnt call in after being in the hospital for 3+ hours because the number Google has for the restraunt is wrong. He was hired for manager in training then because the district manager said cut labor 23% my husband lost his Manager spot. Yall dont change your four products just the stickers! You rehired a lazy woman who argues about everything someone tells her to do, but fire my husband who busted his butt for you! I will not be returning to your establishment unless my husband gets a written apology! I will continue to take complaints of his unfair treatment to cooperate, social media, and the public!

I cant eat seeds of any kind. They can make me very sick and even put me in the hospital. I went to this BK last week and ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich it comes on a bun with no seeds. And of course when I got home they put it on the wrong kind of bun. I didnt feel like driving back so I just put on some bread I had at home. Today I go there and order a whopper on a bun with no seeds and they tell me they are out of those buns. How in the world is a burger joint out of buns. My mother was a manager of a burger king when I was a teenager and I worked with her for a while. Running out of buns would have unacceptable. I will never go back to this bk. And I will tell everyone I know not to go there

Been to this location four times, about 6 months apart. I thought it would improve after waiting some time, it never has. Each time I have gone, they have gotten my order wrong, even though my order is simple (Ive worked fast food, I know), the fries have been cold each time, the tables and floors are not very clean whenever I go. Oh, and the staff looks and acts like a bunch of high schoolers and always seemed to get annoyed with anyone looking to get their order fulfilled. Ive learned my lesson, I wont be going here again.

Worker by the name of Kayla was hands down the best front counter worker Ive ever encountered in all my 76 years of life. She got my order with a smile, and helped me find deals on the menu, to save a buck. She needs to be a manager becuase she works so hard scrubbing the lobby to be squeaky clean. I could eat right off the floor its so clean. Best BK Ive ever gone too. Other workers by the names of Philly and Eric were the nicest young men that have ever helped me out. Thank you BK for changing my life forever!

I am ready to shop elsewhere for my BK fix. Last two times, they were woefully understaffed and therefore it took forever to get served. Today? Their griddle wasnt working and so no hamburgers available. WTH is going to happen next? At least it gave me an opportunity to try the nearby Mickey Ds. It is now 3 months later, nothing has changed, and so now I get my burger fix at Mickeys and Wendys. I actually went inside today, hoping that maybe I could get service there. I voted w/ my feet.

This location is dirty and the food is of low quality compared to other BKs Ive been to. They were out of chicken fries in the middle of the day so I got a chicken sandwich instead, the lettuce on said sandwich was limp and old and the bread was smashed. Other times coming here, the fries have been stale, the tables greasy and dirty, and the service sloppy. I recommend sticking to another BK location when you get a craving for it.

For shame on management for not training employees to keep dogs out of restaurant when obviously not a therapy dog. This guy stands in in the median begging for money with his dog. Shameful that this is allowed to happen just because people are so afraid of being slammed on social media.

The whole block stinks of fried food. Next door is a Chinese restaurant that seems to be the cause of it. The entrance is through the parking lot with the drive-thru around the back. Standard fast food, nothing special

Food is awesome! The employees are really friendly there young but they get order done in no time. Things I hate new employees they screw up the order, order a whopper without cheese they put cheese on it instead.

My Mom and I stopped in for a quick bite and found a coupon on their app! The coupon was for whopper jr. meal for 2 for only $5! Everything was made to our picky standards and it was very good!
