Pizza Hut now runs as efficiently as a state bureaucracy... Apparently the delivery boys are now expected to call and confirm your orders before delivering or theyll cancel your order. My phone was dead and in the other room...that was the reason I ordered online. Then when I tried to call the store back, I was directed to a Pizza Hut Call Center rather than the store itself and an employee had to direct my call to the proper store... THEN I was put on hold for SEVEN MINUTES. By this time I was so irritated with the entire experience I hung up and ordered a pizza from Dominos with no issues at all. I ended up tipping our Dominos delivery guy $10 because I was so happy to have decent service!

Worst service ever. We ordered wings and they never brought us silverware or plates. Let alone there was 4 of us and they only gave us 3 plates when we did ask. Then my 3 year old dropped his fork on accident, I asked for another and the guy said its gunna be a minute cause they were washing. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT. Then there was a table behind us that was leaving just as we got there and from the hour we spent there not one person came to clean off the table. GROSS! I would never in my life come to this restaurant again.

Brandon, manager at the Kenyon St Pizza Hut in Olympia, WA...you are a dick. My friends and I ordered a couple pizzas from them Saturday night. Weve ordered from them tons of times, and the food and service is always pretty good. Were all restaurant workers, and we get that busy nights are tough and we all have bad nights. But to have the manager condescend to a customer on the phone while simultaneously scolding us is a little unnecessary. The food was alright that night, but the service sucked (except or driver, he was awesome).

Very slow place, there were two employees working on a Sunday night and we had to wait a long time to be seated. Once we got sat had to wait 10 minutes to get our drink order. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza. Waited over an hour and recieved both at the same time, they both came cold and dry. Our breadsticks were burnt. It was overall just a horrible trip. I will not be coming back

We were seated quickly and allowed to choose where we wanted to sit, the service was fast, efficient, and welcoming. Our food was out very quickly I barely waited and the food was so fresh, wings steaming hot to perfection and the pizza came out like we just got it out of the oven. The place was also very clean (: Our server was melissa.

Pizza Hut is a family tradition for me and it is getting hard to find one that has inside dining. I miss the old decor of the old Red Roof buildings. Like this one dine in is an after thought. The pizza is good and service is too. It serves its purpose but really wish I could find one that is unchanged.

They got my order wrong FIVE times. I shouldnt have even stayed that long, but part of me had a morbid curiosity to know how many times they could screw it up. It wasnt even complicated, they were literally messing up stuff that was advertised on the menu for the item.

Very attentive waitress, Haley, tonight. Its been awhile since Ive eaten here, but the kids wanted to try stuffed crust pizza. Quick to get our order. The salad lettuce had some wilting, and Im sure this place is packed on Fridays.

Arrived at 1145, food on buffet was fresh, hot, and great variety. Station was clean and wait staff was awesome. Her name was Dominique, and she was attentive, energetic, professional, and nice (even to grumpy old men customers). :-)

Always delicious!! Except I have been a vegetarian for 4 years, and they put one piece of sausage on my pizza, and I ate part of it without realizing. I then got sick. They need to be more careful and follow orders more closely.

For a quick, affordable pizza, this isnt a bad place to go. The service is good and they do a good job of making sure the order is correct. And their delivery has always been on time for us!

An unexpected party of 15+ showed up and these guys didnt miss a beat. They kept the salad & pizza bar stocked. The server was excellent as well.
