My family and I dropped by this KFC at 11.40am 11/22/2008. There was no customers at the order counter when we arrived. There was a KFC employee waiting for us. We informed him that we were not ready. There were nobody behind us at the moment. We were just standing at the side to ensure we did not block other customers if they come in. However, the particular KFC employee, an African American, showed impatience as we were reading the menu on the wall. He continued to display his impatience while we ordering. He also got one of our side order wrong. He really spoiled our dining experience. My wife and I decided that was the last time we will eat at this restaurant.

Hands down my favorite Taco Bell/Other Establishment combination restaurant. Way better than that $hitty Taco Bell/Pizza Hut on 104th Ave SE in Kent. Its great for when you cant make up your mind if you want burritos or a bucket of clucks. Sometimes when Brown and I get in fights about what we want to eat for breakfast, we almost always decide on this place cause the selection is awesome. Best, Steve Sanelli

Fast food, like any other food establishment, relies on the crew working it. My Monday evening visit on 6/20/11 was definitely 5 star. The chicken was top notch juicy, so was the taco meat (its also a Taco Bell). Hot, fresh, clean, you can tell this place and especially this crew cared about what they do. I saw the ratings for this place and I felt like I had to give a up-to-date rating for this KFC/TB.

I bought 8 pcs of fried chicken for $16 on May 06. It was ready in 10 seconds, but the stuff was dark brown, which means the chicken were fried long time ago in " lots of used oil." And too salty. My kids blamed me for the purchase. As they previously bought same thing, they said they would never go the KFC Issaquah any more.I myself also would go there by no means.

Hate ordering from this place, I like the strips or preferable when they had the breast fillets but unless you demand I mean demand not ask for fresh but demand it, itll be stale I also prefer the potato wedges for my side same story. When its fresh its great so its too bad they just cant do that in the first place!

We came 30 mins before close and they wouldnt serve us because they decided to close early..... well thats an inconvenience for customers. When asked why we were told that they were short staff and he didnt want to work a 13hr day.... kinda rude. I mean i understand as a person, but horrible customer service

Though its small and not a comfy place to eat, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Things can go wrong with orders, thats life afterall, but the do a great job trying to make things right. Always my go too for random kfc and taco cravings!

The food is pretty much what you expect from KFC/Taco Bell. The frustration I have is that Ive come twice and all the tables were dirty. I look around and nothing has been sweeped. Id understand if it were busy, but thats simply not the case.

The quality of the chicken here surpasses that of my moms cooking, and shes a great cook. The customer service is better than that of a quality restaurant. Id highly recommend the mashed potato chicken bowls, they make them very well.

The crew here does not know how to count. I bought 12 chickens and got only 8. Doesnt 10 bucks an hour hire people that knows how to count nowadays? I guess hiring numerically challenged people must be good for their profit margin.

Remembering that this is a fast food joint, this location is solid. I have to speculate that there was a management change or something recently because this place has vastly improved since a few years ago.

The food is always what you expect and the staff is polite. The 3 stars is due to the consistently long wait times. Expect to spend 15 min in the drive through if you are not the first in line.

This place is extremely dirty, inside and out. I came to have some fast food and found all of their tables extremely greasy. The restroom looks like they have not been cleaned in ages.
