My wife loves KFC. We have never had a problem with any of them we have ever visited for her until tonight. It wasnt the food that was the problem, it was the service. Going through the drive through, I could hear the manager over the loud speaker berating the lady ahead of me. She was hard of hearing herself, said that to him and he still belittled her the whole time. When she tried using a coupon, he made a snide comment about people who use coupons. And then when I get to the front, they didnt have the drinks on their menu. I ordered the drink my wife normally gets because there were no drinks, and he yelled at me. Said in his exact words "We dont carry that crap. How about you look around and find the drink menu, yeah, its there. Look down at the speaker moron, it is there." At that point I finished my order and drove to the window to find it was the manager who was there. He walked away and a girl came to the window, I paid and left. I later called to speak to a different manager, and got the same one from the speaker. I asked him if he always spoke to people like he did. He said he didnt have time to talk to someone as low as me and hung up the phone. I will never be going to this KFC again, and I would really like to find out who the owner and operator is so I can talk to them.

I asked for TWO $20 dollar meals that originally only come with two large mashed potatoes and gravys. They "forgot" and only handed me two mashed potatoes and closed the window. Chicken was DRY, like its been sitting in the warmer for a couple of days. Had they told me that I wouldnt have ordered in the first place. Cookies as hard as brick. Didnt offer me butter/honey. Only had 5 biscuits left and offered me a cake to replace the other biscuits which I was fine with. I think my biggest concern was not letting me know chicken was not fresh, forgetting my two other large mashed potstoes, and rushed me not offering me honey or condiments etc. its not my problem you guys are almost closing. But offer the same experience for EVERY customer, rushed for closing or not. Now my family no longer wants to eat the chicken, so we have two stale bucket of chicken costing me over $50 dollars and some just sitting in our kitchen bc we eventually opted for IHOP. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, this is consistent with KFC. Not satisfied.

Horrible!!!!! I ordered at 9:24 pm 20 piece hot wing. when I did order I was told it would be 9 min but I was told as if it was a bother by the cashier named Cash. I said okay on the wait then for some reason she walked away and the manager came and finished cashing me out. I asked if it was okay to do 20 wings he said yes. I sat and waited until 9:55 when another customer came in and asked for hot wings and they told him about 20min and again acted like it was a bother. While waiting for my food I was hearing them try to get out of taking this other customers order so I stood up and offered my wings that I had waited 30 min for that still were not even done. This place will not get my business ever again. Oh BTW I never got any food. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer service, came in ordered a bucket of chicken gave me what they wanted to give me not what i ordered. Decided to return it and make sure i got my order right this time and decided they were going to charge me an extra 17 dollars i asked why couldnt get a straight answer out of any of them i was starting to get frustrated plus i payed for 2 extra large sides and got one but not the other so i came out to over 50 dollars for a bucket of chicken one burger and my missing side. Never going back to this kfc again

Service was very slow. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order while the employees were talking to each other. It wasnt until there was a line of 4 people that one of the girls asked another employee if she should help us. After I ordered, paid and was waiting for my order they told me they were out of what I ordered and had to wait for more to be made. No one ever appoligized for the delays. It took 30 minutes to finally get my food.

were regular customer at this location. We love KFC, but sad to say every time we go here most of the tables and chair are dirty. And today was worst because of the cashier whos so rude, mean (no smile at all) and busy on her phone , such an attitude. i worked in the food industry and i know whats important things to do especially in front. I hope our next visit is better. Thanks

the worst customer service ever. This hispanic guy charge me a full meal because he cant figure it out to change the size of the sides. Very rude and didnt even know how to say sorry instead blaming me for his mistake. I ask for the manager, and you cant even find this person. Thats explain the kind of personality these employees are, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS!

Tonight was super. We had a friend of the family with us and he was seriously happy because last time he ate at one of your stores he was highly disgusted and was totally dissatisfied with the food, service etc. I and my husband come to Auburn STORE all the time and we are almost 99 percent of the time very satisfied. KEEP UP THE AWESOME MICHAEL AND CREW.

When we first pulled up two totally different people kept taking our order and laughing. We are locals, we use to eat here often. we are DONE with this KFC.

Its better than it used to be so it seems. Doesnt seem understaffed anymore. The chefs/cooks seem to have a consistency now. I used to get a batch of chicken every once in a while that was extra greasy, or super gritty and leaving a bad aftertaste. Havent had that problem since wanting to try some two weeks ago.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Filthy store. Disinterested, unmotivated employees. Took almost 20 minutes to get a famous bowl and a chicken little. Never stopping here for lunch again. Suggest you skip this one in favor of one of the many surrounding businesses that actually would like your money.

Ive bought meals at this location several times randomly over the past year. Each time has been good, the food has been fresh, hot and ready within a reasonable amount of time. I almost gave up on KFC after horrible expierences at other KFCs in the south sound. We only visit this location.

We had a huge order. The staff was friendly and efficient from the moment we walked in. I cannot believe how quickly and efficiently they got our order together. They were happy to provide us silverware, sauces, plates, and cups without complaint. Very impressed.
