Who doesnt like mashed potatoes? I enjoy them, but I really didnt need four containers of it. Thats what I ended up with tonight instead of the coleslaw when I ordered a quick meal, and while that might be tolerable to some people, it would have been nice to have received gravy to go with it. Strike one. Freshly baked biscuits, which I waited extra time for. Raw in the middle. Strike two. The chicken wasnt cooked/warmed all the way through and the crust was mushy and slimy and guaranteed food poisoning. So it looks like I got to pay this company twenty bucks for us to just throw it all in the trash. This is a fast food restaurant, so I dont think anyone expects high quality, but when you work a long day and want something fast, it would be nice to have a meal at the end of the day. I dont recommend going here.

Customer service is bad. Couldnt finish my entire order without being interrupted multiple times with " Does that complete your order?" I asked for 2 three piece tender fill up boxes and the guy said " wait let me check to see if we have enough." What!?!? Its the middle of the day!! The guy said they only had 3 beverage options and they were out of the sauces I wanted. Food wasnt hot/fresh.They should shape up or close down because no one wants to spend their hard earned money on crappy food.

It closed 15 minutes early just trying to find out why it was closed @ 945 when it is posted on the front door and online that it closes at ten I called to find out why the girl that answered pretended like I called the wrong location and to call Des Moines KFC it would be nice to have the information available on the door or online so that I know not to walk 3 miles and just drive next time so I dont have to get treated that way

This is the closest KFC to me but their customer service is horrible. They messed up on my meal and when I returned for them to fix it I witnessed the guy pour the chicken back in the case holding the fresh chicken. DISGUSTING. Imagine how many orders they ruin a day then obviously people have to check their food by touching it. That is so unsanitary and not ok. If it were possible to give negative stars I would!

My stomach was turning before I even finished my meal definitely couldnt get more than a couple of pieces down... Needless to say I got major food poisoning....again... From this location... Tired of spending almost 30 dollars for two crappy old chicken meals and getting sick... Thanks KFC... You rock... I wont be back and I do not recommend anyone going here until they fix their bacteria issues.... So gross...

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Gave me nasty old mashed potatoes with old goopy gravy instead of the coleslaw I had ordered, completely forgot my biscuit, and the tea did not taste like tea but soapy water?? Ill be lucky if I dont get food poisening from the olny part of that meal I was able to eat - the chicken. No force on earth could make me come back O.o

I went here and asked for a 5$ fill up with two drum sticks and was given a drum and a thigh, and my wife asked for Nashville Hot chicken tenders with NO pickle, and they put pickles on it. Returning the items to get what we wanted was a hassle and the employee was confused at what was wrong after explaining multiple times. Would never come again.

Food was good, but the wait was ridiculous. Syst was friendly, however it seemed they were either unhappy there or over worked. Not sure, but it certainly affected their performance.
