I am not a fan of KFC since they dropped Tender Roast chicken. I had a "$5 Fill-up" with a "bowl" as my entree option. I got it to go and after a 12 minute drive home it was still piping hot. A bowl is a foam bowl stuffed with shelled corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, popcorn chicken and topped with grated cheeses. Nom. Nom. A Fill-up normally comes with chicken, side, cookie and medium-sized drink, but if you pick the bowl, you forfeit the side dish. That day they were out of diet A&W Root Beer (this restaurant is a KFC/A&W) so my friend had to get diet Pepsi for his wife, and she was disappointed.

Everyone one loves KFC and this one is combined with A&W. So there a good selection from both. The only negative is one employee who is a nice person but many time our order is wrong. We went to the drive thru, my husband was asked 3 times what his drink choice was. Thats annoying but not too bad. But we pulled out to check our bags, Its a good thing we did, an item was missing. It seems to happen with this one employee.

They close 30 minutes earlier than they say they do online and today they were closed 50 minutes earlier than what it said online and 20 minutes earlier than what it said on their window. I decided to go through the drive thru and their ice cream machine was broken. This is after their weird holiday hours were finally over and I just wanted some greasy chicken and a root beer float. Never coming back to this KFC location

Service was awesome, staff was very nice. I get my order ask the guy if this is the box of 3 chicken strips with popcorn shirmp two sides and a biscuit and he confirms and I drive home. I open the box and the popcorn shirmp and sides are missing. I call the number on the receipt to follow up and the line is disconnected. I contacted corporate and they got me a free $10 gift card for the mix-up.

Fastest service in any KFC around. The employees are polite with the customers but rude with the other employees. This happened bouth times I shopped in here. They are young and do reckless, dengerous (for themselves) things. Im not that open to weirdness!! But they give you the chicken fast, without any downtime!

Weve been in this place a few times to get ice cream. Everytime has been during off hours and there always seems to be a backup of people waiting for food (with most getting increasingly annoyed by the delay). It took about 15 minutes to get two ice cream cones the last time went.

Sometimes wont get your order right. Often dont have popular menu items ready so as not make customers wait. Dont come during the last half hour before closing because they are trying to close and not have anything left over so nothing is available but whatever is left that day.

This manager knowingly overworks, under breaks his workers, and has a malicious demeanor who shouldnt be allowed to provide a service to people, when he himself cannot treat anyone right. Oh and the chicken is NOT fresh, homemade, instant everything. yum.

Id rate this half a star rather than 1 star, only because they are so slow, I would come by weekly for a float or so & the wait time is 30 minutes even when theres so many employees on the job. Their customer service is just too poor as well.

Came here for the Zinger sandwich. The store is a mess, 30 mins wait time, dark and dirty environment. Saw people complained to the assistant manager out loud. I wish people here would see how awesome KFC stores are in China.

I waited 15 minutes in line while the manager boyfriend chatted with her in line waiting to order. Customer service was very lacking. Ill only go back if I have a craving. Even then theres a second thought on doing so.

Not friendly at all, my drink was filled half way and he dropped some of my coins on the ground in the drive way and he didnt apologize for dropping them after I told him to open his hand wide for the coins.
