In the realm of fast food, Chick-fil-A ranks among the best. They are known for two things, their delightful service and great chicken. Overall, every employee has a general pleasantness about them. Youll always hear the classic "my pleasure" response to your thank yous and be welcomed with a smile. For some reason, they are genuinely happy spirited people. The company philosophy really does trickle down in this area. Chick-fil-As founder instituted these standards after staying at a Ritz Carlton. Breakfast is amazing. The chicken biscuit and the egg/cheese bagel are my go-tos. Youll order the food and its brought to your table if it isnt busy. For lunch, you cant go wrong with the classic chicken sandwich and a lemonade/iced tea. Take advantage of the sauce variety and snag a bunch! Who doesnt love the honey roasted bbq? My visit was on a Saturday morning and it wasnt busy. I could imagine the narrow and sole parking lot entrance/exit could be problem during peak hours. Disclosure: Having worked at a Chick-fil-A years ago, I can attest that it is a good company. They treat their employees well and genuinely care about the community. Glad to see them popping up on the west coast!

Not your typical fast food place. I rarely eat fast food, but I decided to see what the fuss was about after passing this Chick-fil-A. The menus and decor are more upscale than I remember the inside of fast food places being, but most importantly, everyone is very friendly. My food was brought to my table even though it was ready just as I finished at the counter. Also noteworthy - an employee was wiping off the tables with disposable wipes and he dropped his wipe on the floor. He seemed annoyed, but he still picked the wipe up and threw it away instead of picking it up and resuming wiping with it. That shows very good training. There were children playing in the play room but their parents were inside with them, rather than letting them run wild and annoy the other diners. Other diners were friendly, too. The music is pleasant Muzak, almost like instrumental Magnetic Fields, and not intrusive or annoying. As for the food, I could do without pickles on a chicken sandwich, but otherwise it was really tasty. I wasnt prepared to apply my own sauce to the sandwich, but maybe thats how fast food is now?

this chick fil a has the worst service. ive been there admittedly too often in one week but they have messed up my order every time i used the drive thru. the girls theyve had on it this week have been particularly fond of just making up an order they think they heard. even today after getting them to repeat my order back to me, they handed me wrong items and included things that i specifically asked to have removed from my order. tonight i literally had to yell through the window while i was watching them do my order incorrectly in spite of me getting my order read back to me AND asking AGAIN at the window before paying. literally none of these employees choose to listen or care since theyre the only chick fil a in the area. i love chick fil a employees most of the time at other franchises because theyre pleasant and positive. this, by far, is the most garbage one of any franchise ive been to across the country.

I was always coming to this chain whenever I was with friend who wanted to eat something fastfood style, I dont care how long the drive-thru wait is because that is expected. My only frustration at this place is the customer service of the staff behind the counter today. I was charged twice and I had a digital receipt of the charged but the cashier had the audacity to charge me again without my permission even after I told him I was already charged as I was showing him my phone screen that had the digital receipt. The cashier called 2 other employees and they just told me that it is not their fault and dispute it myself, without any apology!! It is safe to say that I will not be a patron at this place anymore and will make a conscious decision to let my friends and family about the kind of bad customer service this place has!

I was very excited when I saw construction of a Chick-fil-A start up in Sunnyvale. Ive long been a fan of this particular chain. Something about their chicken sandwich is just better then those from any other fast food chain. The Ice-"dream" cones is some of the best soft serve around and who doesnt love Waffle Fries. Unfortunately the particular location on El-Camino very close to an intersection makes it hard to get into the parking lot at times, and even worse getting out of the parking lot. Several times Ive been stuck waiting for 5-10 minutes for an opening to get out onto El Camino. Of course everyone who wants to go here should remain mindful of the fact that they are closed on Sundays. Sadly I always seem to crave Chick-fil-A on Sunday afternoons, I guess people just crave what they cant have.

My God, how could anyone POSSIBLY come up with a worse location? Youll spend 15-30 minutes getting into the parking lot ... which might have a space ... any time on the weekend. And its not that theres a line to get in, just that this is the WORST. INTERSECTION. In the Entire. Southwest Bay. That said, once you get in, REWARD. Yep. Its worth it. Service is fast and awesome. But I recommend you buy 10-20 sandwiches and take them home with you and freeze them, because holy wow is this the worst location EVER to get to. You might consider driving to Fairfield as an alternative. WHY oh WHY did they put this restaurant here? Its not a busy intersection; its a completely utterly totally DYSfunctional intersection. So, -6 stars for the location, 5 stars for the restaurant, which adds up to 4 for some reason.

Best Quality Chicken from a Fast Food restaurant. The ambiance from Chick-fil-A is not what you might expect from a restaurant that fits into the Fast Food category. Its up-scale with fresh flowers at each table. Yet there is still an indoor enclosed play area for the kids. Both at the counter and via the Drive through, the employees are always friendly and courteous. Their cheer sounds genuine, not forced and they tend to speak clearly. The food quality is on par if not better than In N Out. It tastes fresh. Theres never an air of restriction or spite in the restaurant or its employees. This is reflected both in presentation of the food and the edifice. Bottom Line: Good Food, Great Atmosphere, causes me to want to return

Love Chick-fil-A! Theres always fresh flowers on the table. The staff is very polite. The food is perfect. In the east coast they use foam cups, but I noticed they use paper cups here, which I really like! Thank you Chick-fil-A for saving our environment. Theres also a little playground. Which seems to be sound proof, not sure. It is never distracting. Even though I live in Redwood City, I dont mind driving out for some Chick-fil-A! Wish they would open one up here. For now, the drive is worth it!

Always a fan of chick-fil-a and happy to see one in Sunnyvale finally. The location isnt great mostly because theres only 1 driveway for customers pulling into the parking lot and leaving and its on a busy road. The drive thru moves quickly and the staff are always friendly. Pro tip if youre new to this place, you can upgrade your cheese/bun to a premium whole wheat bun if you ask though it costs a little extra. All in all happy to have this available again!
