Super consistent for all the wrong reasons. As any rational person my expectations for quality service and/or competence is virtually non-existent when visiting any fast food establishment. That said, even with an impossibly low bar this particular location ALWAYS, without fail manages to astonish me by failing on every basic level of service. Their wait times are nothing short of atrocious, they manage to screw up my order literally every time. They even have run completely out of hot sauce on more than one occasion. How is that even possible for a corporate franchise. Its obvious the issue is systemic starting with ownership and running right on down through management. Id steer clear unless you by chance happen to have an extra hour to burn sitting in a drive through waiting for an order thats sure to be something other than WGT you ordered.

The management of this store is abysmal. Its usually staffed with a handful (if at all) of clueless high schoolers, some of which barely seem aware of their surroundings. If lucky, one of them knows how to operate the register. If there is the slightest crowd (ie more than 1-2 orders at the same time) they get hopelessly backed up and it can take 20 minutes to get out of there with a takeout order of KFC.. worse if they have to cook new chicken first. How KFC allows such a mismanaged store to blemish its brand name is beyond me.

There are a lot of bad serviced fast food establishments, but this is one of the worst. The attendants know very little English and they are very argumentative, bad combo. The food takes very little time, but thats no a good thing in this instance because they put no effort into it, it seems like they just pull it out of the freezer and throw it in the microwave. Buyers beware! There are much better options than this

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They get my order wrong every time and I dont even order anything special. The burritos are under stuffed and the beans are always flaky and dry. Minimal care is given to food prep. Also they close at 10pm. Sometimes earlier. All other taco bells I know of close at no earlier than 1am. Dont bother going here. Even taco bell fans will be disappointed.

The manager Ben deals drugs, smokes pot in the back room and has sexually harassed the underage employees. I plan on letting someone know about this, as soon as I can contact the owner of the place. I wouldnt recommend eating here. I know one of the employees and that person is the only good thing about that place.

Over the two years Ive been visitng this location (due to proximity) they have yet to get an order right. They even ran out of chicken once... Yep, you read that right. I asked for chicken at a KFC and was promptly told they had run out.

Just your local KentacoBell. The floors are always slippery and the wait is always long, If youre just looking for something to eat the McDonalds is your best bet for speedy service.

I normally go for KFC but they do tend to get orders long. That or its cold. I have to ask for ranch to make sure the order is right, if I get it the order is probably right.
