I really love KFC, and I hate to give a bad review, especially when it reflects on high school kids who are probably just trying their best. But weve lived in Maple Valley for 10+ years and the service at this location has always been just the worst. If you go through the drive through, they dont hear you well and something is always wrong with the order. If you go in, it takes for-FRICKING-ever. On my last visit, I went at 1pm and couldnt get into the building as the doors were STILL LOCKED even though there were other patrons inside, who kindly got up and let me in. (There was black tape over the locking mechanisms, which wasnt holding anything in place.) It took twice as long to make an order because the cashier wouldnt talk loud enough for me to hear (seriously, it was a whisper) and we went back and forth because she didnt put half of it in right. I wanted more sides but just gave up in favor of just getting out of there before 2pm and feeding my family SOMETHING. I really want to come here more often. Are all KFCs like this?

Last time I went they left out the sides. Tonight, after a 15 min wait in line, Im told they dont have what I ordered (no shock, this seems to be a regular thing at this location). So I wait an additional 10 mins for my food to be ready. Get home and find out they left out an entire combo! Not that they gave me the wrong food, not that they left out an item, they neglected to include one of the entire combos I paid for! So now, one of the people at my house has nothing to eat! I called to ask them about it and waited about 10 mins on hold. Hung up and continued trying to call back for another 20 mins, but they never answered their phone! It just rang and rang...The employees at this location couldnt care less about the customers! From this point on, I will drive out of my way to go to a different location and avoid this location completely!

Containers holding condiments are filthy. Half the order was missing. Got the strips and they looked like something I wouldnt feed my dog. Very dark and looked dried up and in broken pieces. Asked for the manager and he made a new batch of strips. Blamed it on the grease. Everytime I go here they cant seem to get the order right. Shouldnt have to have a manager correct the order every single time. Was giving them a one star but thank you Camron Wilson for making it right. I called to get corporate number and he said come back and he will make it right. He refunded my complete total of $48.08, now that is customer service!

Not the first time Ive had horrible service but it is the last will never go to this location again! And recommend not to go there! Your lucky to be able to order what you want, let alone if you can it will be fresh. Ive gone many times and received not fresh food, crunchy mashed potatoes, cold potato wedges or gross pieces of chicken. But this is the second time Ive drove off because they didnt have or didnt want to make the food I was ordering. I tried multiple things on the menu. Never will come here again !

Ive been craving some KFC so I decided to get some for the first time in a long while. Stopped at the Maple Valley branch. Got the 2 piece meal with 2 sides and biscuit. Cost was almost 8.00. The thigh and leg were about the smallest pieces Id ever seen! The mash potato side couldve been eaten in 3 bites. Even the biscuit looked downsized. The taste was good as expected but I doubt Ill have that again for some time.

Very unsatifying KFC ordered $25 in food and got all burnt and nasty tasting food Please Owner of this maple valley KFC location retrain all your staff or fire them!!!they are very rude asked for Dr pepper and my response was we dont have that what else do you want very unprofessional place really pissed of thats a lot of money I spent for garbage food!!!!!

Nearly every time Ive gone in this restaurant, the manager has been absent or on her phone. Ridiculous, if youd ask me. Seems like theres really no leadership here and it makes the whole team look bad. This restaurant needs a real team leader that cares about their job and the way their restaurant is run. Until then, I wont be coming back.

Lots of food for $15. Too much for two adults to finish. Service has gotten faster and more efficient. I wish I had ordered the taco inside a chicken breast.

Took forever to order bad customer service and they cut the bottom of our large mash potatoe bottom so when we pulled it out it poured everywhere!!
