Lets update. 5/7/17: Their hours are till 10pm week-days. I was running late but not the type of person to scrap thru the door at last second (LAST IN 2MINS.) wt them turning the key behind me. NOPE...But this night It was 9:51pm when I grabbed THE DOOR. It was LOCKED. NOT good. Now Ive worked retail, Ive had to sweep floors and vacuum, and management wants us gone as soon as possible, or employee eggerness, I get it as a former asst. manager, but this was just TOO soon for a place that also has latenight drive up for TACO BELL products they sell, but I normally walk inside order, use the restroom after I order, or grab a little extra honey and salt and pepper for my sides and then Im gone. So, BE FORE WARNED! ORIG ENTRY: The staff works hard and fairly happy, but sometimes too fast and with medium turn-over of young people, not completely trained, confuse my orders 35% of the time, for just me! Food is cooked and tastes fine (except on 5/9/17 where the cooking oil after taste was just unpleasent. Gonna be watching that.) The confusion by their inattentiveness, causes missed order accuracy. Leaving my extra ordered legs, desserts, or an additional Taco Bell product at this combi restruant. Some foreign workers (various countries) have mis-communications wt cust., but usually stay steady and they are not condisending and the order will be almost/most accurate. Most are trying hard, usually attentive and learning. Ive seen the poor ones "missing" the next time I come. Still good, clean place to eat with "Single" separate GENDER bathrooms. I GO almost every week.

I always feel bad giving bad reviews, but sometimes, I want to help out my fellow man by cautioning them against wasting their money. Suffice to say, if the Colonel walked into this KFC hed be appalled at what they serve and call it "finger licking good". The chicken is small, overcooked, dry and overpriced. The bucket is two times larger than it needs to be for a 10 piece. Do yourself a favor. spend half as much money, drive the two blocks and your chicken from Safeway. Their chicken is bigger, juicier and cheaper. I was duped too many times. No thanks. In all honesty though- my son loves the Taco Bell. Eats it all the time and loves it. So if you like TB, then you might like it here, but stay far away from the chicken.

Its typical to have a bad experience at this location but tonight topped them all.....they always run out of chicken and always forget to give you your whole order making you inconvenienced and have to drive back tonight not only did they run out of chicken they also ran out of beef and chicken for tacos, burritos, etc.!!!! We were stuck in the drive through since they werent intelligent enough to turn off their drive through sign. Now we have four cars in front of us and four cars behind us with nowhere to go.

My son and I stop here about once a week and every time they forget to give us something we order without fail doesnt matter what time of day. Its not a huge or complicated order we usually split something and its never right and we have to go back. The only reason we keep going is because its his favorite but one trip is always two trips. Last time we went back for what they forgot and they gave us the wrong thing too.

They frequently make mistakes in my order, giving me the wrong items. How hard is this? Two chicken thighs do not look like two chicken drumsticks - duh! Two chicken thighs do not look like three chicken tenders. The drumstick meat is hard and dry - awful. We will not visit KFC again. I will go to the local Safeway and get some Good chicken.

it sucks seriously. did not get complete order. did not know what a baja chalupa was. really never going back would rather same my money. so upset i decided it was not even worth going back or asking for my money back for what i did not receive. Consider it my gift because not another dime will be spent here. will inform friends as well

They never have what I want. I live in Covington and used to go their a few times per month. They never have grilled chicken....like five times in a row theyre out. My kids like chicken pot pies. Didnt have them the last three times in a row. Im done with them.

I asked them for some gravy, instead of sauce to dip the chicken strips in. They made me buy a small side of gravy. I like dipping in gravy, but aint fond of their dipping sauces.
